Read the AGM Operational update again and particularly the Covid related paragraph. If you look closely you’ll see it’s not even focussing on Covid, it’s focussing on a broader platform for biodefense and research any given future pathogen.

seems to me like lots of investors know nothing about our little old HEMO and bought on noise. “It rises quick” zzzz it drops quick when the panickers run for the hills.

Do people want to tell me why they invested here? Really interested know people’s most promising HEMO project(s).

Very strange? But does the dropping price indicate this is a dud or is it just market sentiment and investor fear as they’re scared of the drop?
GlobalCo delay seems to have put people off for me - well put those off who don’t know what HEMO have in the locker. Get some research done and you may feel like this is an excellent buying opportunity.
PS I don’t know where the bottom is though of course because sellers are strange animals and the fear is strong at the mo.

Is there a price at which HEMO is a definite sell if you are still confident in their tech? What has changed to make you now sell if you like what they’ve got?

So we know GlobalCo deal extended. Likely from 30 April so runs out end of July. The next steps update could drop sooner maybe, who knows.
But we know that GlobalCo is focussed heavily on covid and it seems for the short term so are we. So surely we will get a Covid update a lot sooner than GlobalCo announcement? It could drop any moment in reality.

And there's no hard and fast schedule setting updates on our other projects, Car T and HuPech so they could also land at any time.

I personally want to know about the ongoing improvements made to our mice. Overdue news for me.

I agree Pfizer are definitely known for their partnering/buying out capabilities. I just hadn't seen them pushing the neutralising antibody yet.
Eli looks like they've obviously got what they needed already and surely using I literally ready made mice to maintain their speed.

A company announced on 1 June that they had speeded through their pre-clinical trials at record pace to successfully proceed with a neutralising antibody treatment for COVID-19. Not only did they become the first company to get to this stage on any similar types of treatment they actually joined the party late beginning their work later than anyone else.

What is one of our specialities? Identifying and isolating neuatralising antibodies. Like CDX. What do we have that helps us do this so efficiently and ridiculously quickly as confirmed by Vered Caplan at Orgenesis when she confirmed our mice can help reduce antibody development from years to months? Our ApbHC magic mice.

So two key features we see demonstrated by a leading GlobalCo in their 1 June announcement linking potentially to HEMO are:
- neutralising antibody treatment for COVID 19
- breakneck speed in working through and completing pre-clinical trials

Now, what do GlobalCo have access to in our collab? We have 2 specific agreements with them with the most recent beginning on 23 October 2019. Specifically CDX tech (a bi-specific neutralising antibody) as we all know AND more importantly for me... our revolutionary mice.

There is only one way said company could have got through the pre-clinicals as fast as they have - imo - because they're using our advanced mice. Better than any other animal testing out there for antibody work in particular and disease modelling.

That 1 June announcement was from Eli Lilly. $144b company. Please DYOR.

Noticed it in the 2 June update also. They couldn't spell it out more clearly. If anyone has any doubts about whether CDX our 'lead candidate' is going to get FDA approval and taken to clinical testing with GlobalCo (Eli Lilly imo) then they need their head checking. Its being finalised as I type this.

Yep only CDX references in the deal extension. Please read 18th Nov and 23rd Oct RNSs for mice collab. We haven’t had an update on that. I assumed it would be delivered alongside the CDX work.

I’ve mentioned this before but when I talk about exclusivity licensing, in my view, it will be for GlobalCos assisted improvements whilst working in collab.

Ie They’ll access the iPhone 7 mice, whilst everyone else gets the iPhone 6 mice models.

I have done exactly same ditto my bro invested via his SIPP. he’s cursing me but understands markets. He just wanted more shares for his money :-)

I expect GlobalCo announcements to be significantly sooner. We get $377k if the HEMO nice did their job. Also could be an update to the patent for the mice as well an agreed deal for use going forward... they’ll use them non-exclusively for free as part of their assistance in improving them further.... Or they can pay for exclusivity and take the IP away from the marketplace. How much for an exclusive license?? Get your chequebook out!
