The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Watched the webcast again, right to the end !
Where the “carbon credits” talk, being a future credible revenue stream, along with supply to the big synthetic boys, in need of reducing their supply footprint!
Game changer perhaps!

Nice to see interest over the weekend here!
Would like to think we can hit the second year target of 10k tonnes!
Although we, at the outset, said pricing would be competitive to gain a foothold!
If we are selling our specialist products at a good premium, I don’t expect the volume will be enough to flex the results just yet!
But as always here, lots to be revealed in the next update!
PC
Like to think we get a joint venture ( whatever it becomes ) as we would benefit from being in the thick of any possible government changes!
Even if a short ( say 15 year ) contract, would at last generate revenue!
Now…….. there’s talk of the Mexican government potentially, getting a bit heavy handed with their miners, restricting contracts from 50 down to 15 years!
And to deny existing ones on spurious grounds!
Don’t want the Togolese to get any big ideas in this regard!
PC
I’ve also tried to get a flicker of light from Filicity @ Celcourt Communications, as I chatted to her at the launch of our new website ( at some cost to us, I’d imagine!)
However, for whatever reason not yet had a reply!
Will not though be holding my breath here!
PC
Sure, I just confirmed with Annabel at HO she then gave me Grahams details.
Graham@keras.com
This was my reply back to Graham!
“Hi Graham
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
It’s been a difficult time over the past months keeping the faith, lots of us have been here for years and invested heavily, but still holding and hoping for DC to pull through; so keep up the good work and we look forward to our results coming out soon!
Best regards “
PC
Just had my reply!
“Hi
The bush telegraph is incredibly lively, but never quite accurate. I can’t tell you more other than that we are nearing resolution. We have continued to negotiate in good faith and feel the state has done so too.
As always we’ll announce as required in terms of AIM rules.
Again thank you for your continued support.
Regards
Graham”
Good to see such a quick response even if it doesn’t quite tell the whole story!
PC
Hi All
Just emailed Graham, I’ve only asked him to confirm the board are aware of this change, simply because anything else would be price sensitive!
Translated the main paragraph and attached the full details by link!
PC
Further to this stream of comments, at the said London meeting, where the webcast was broadcast, I had a chance to speak with Graham afterwards!
I pointed out that our graph for organic rock phosphate looked like in 2023 would be around the $300 rate!
To which Graham replied I’m confident we are going to exceed that figure!
Now………..a few things here, if it were the case those numbers were to be in the high hundreds:
a) where the graph for our products clearly only shows a path upwards from current $300.
b) then why produce another graph specifically for US synthetic fertiliser?
c) surely we would have had a conversation or two about that being a huge amount of future turnover!
It does all seem a little fuzzy at this juncture, as we are not being given enough or any accurate information ; hopefully we can have this put to bed in the coming weeks!
PC
Just for the record!
We have not been told how much we sell our products for, there could well be many different prices considering the range!
We are also unaware of “our” costs, all we do know is we are making anywhere from $80-$100 per tonne ( margin ) which I take as a profit figure, which needs to be clarified the sooner the better!
PC
Hi
Just go to our website , under media then webcasts!
PC
Hi Piscator1
Don’t want to dampen your enthusiasm for our fortunes, but think the products we produce are not the synthetic products you refer to in your post!
It’s best sum up by re-watching the webcast, where Graham explains the likely costings on pages 10,11,12. ( tops showing then around the $300/ tonne range)
We “will” see an increase in these costs as organic start to build a presence in the overall market!
PC
Thanks
We now just await this sort of info…….. with bated breath!
PC
So Mark!
Just to be clear!
When we see that $80-100 AISC “margin”, is that actually the profit number?
The fact they mix both AISC and margin in their comms is confusing me!
I always thought AISC was your all incompassing costs ?
PC
Whilst we await the elusive news, just like confirmation and thoughts of our use of the term AISC ( margin )!
So let’s say we are selling for $300.
We then say $100 for total profit ( AISC margin).
Is the balance of $200 used to pay off debt, run the business?
Based on the current multiple of 8000, gives us quite a bit of leg room?
PC
Perhaps they needed the money urgently………as their shares dropped by 70% today!
PC
I’m here and have been for some time, but unfortunately, regardless of the upcoming news, be it good or bad, one tweet in near on five months, doesn’t cut the mustard!
If we want a new bunch of investors to be enthralled by our business model and revitalised by our website, then we simply “must” do better at the marketing!
Let’s see what the year end results looks like, perhaps they will surprise us to the upside!
Hope so!
PC
You cannot tell me “this” is all conjecture?
Surely not!
PC
If only “we” knew…………. I’d promise to tell you all!
However, we are well overdue such information!
PC
The one thing you can say about a BOD that just gets on with the job, as shown with Utah, not much was broadcast up till the notification of this new business venture!
So…….. hopefully, Russell has been busy and can finally pull a rabbit out of the hat at the last minute!
PC
If you run this through, page two will give you a guide based on what we knew then!

Lots of positive change, but SP still hasn’t recovered !
