Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Bit premature to be upping the anti on Togo!
My email was very much centred around the timing of info to the market!
And getting some twitter feeds out on the various subjects discussed!
Having said that and re thinking the London meeting, I was sat directly opposite Graham, when the Togo question came up, I’m no body language expert, but it did look and feel that he wasn’t comfortable in making the reply!
It was left to Russell who followed through with the same old, same old!
Now could it be that they “do” know the reason/s and perhaps NDA’s are at play!
Or my own thoughts, that they have had a much improved offer from the Chinese and both business and political issues are holding up anyone progressing!
Only my thoughts for what they are worth!

Just had email reply, here in full !
We are well thank you, hope you’re well? Good to hear from you and appreciate your candid email & quite right we’ve probably not been vocal enough over the winter season in the US, although of course a lot has been going on to get ourselves into the good position we’re in for the commencement of the spring planting season in the California Valley. I’m currently at the World Agricultural Expo with head of marketing Jean Du Plessis in Tulare, California catching up with existing clients and getting our brand out there to new distributers & end users so you will see some news flow from this event and we’ll work on improving the frequency of our communication on both our US and Togo developments.
Appreciate your support as always & look forward to talking again.
Kind regards
Graham
Whilst it continues to be a little on the quiet side, yesterday, I sent an email direct to Graham Stacey!
My main focus being no news for coming up to four months and his last comments whilst on the webcast!
“We look forward to updating the market on a routine basis-constantly giving positive news out into the market place”!
Hoping for an early reply and will advise the response!
PC
Yes, I was there, in person, with one other shareholder and managed to get five minutes with Graham afterwards, that chat gave me some confidence for our future! ( but he did seam nervous at the beginning!)
You can hear me asking some naff questions at the end!
PC
I was hoping that after attending the “new” beginning presentation, in August, that the comms, that had up till then had been pretty poor would improve!
So here we are some time after the updated presentation and it’s as if nothing has changed!
I realise we have a potential sixty year mine life, but many investors want, need, reassurance of the current situation!
Any social media updates would be helpful to give us clues as to progress and to give investors an idea for the future prospects!
PC
Good points Robsky, but shouldn’t we be hearing this and more from the group, even if only in a few social media outputs!
PC
Well there’s been some action today on both exchanges, shame it needed it to move lower to attract the deals!
Thinking things were meant to be getting clearer after the change of direction with our agencies; but still need more communications, otherwise the s.p. will drift as shown!
Hope the year end sales are worth the wait !
PC
Chesh!
It would appear and results can testify this!, his role in Keras was tenuous at most!
So a full time job would be a preferable position!
Time will tell if we made any progress from the relationship!

Ministry Delegate to the President of the Republic, in charge of Energy and Mines, Togo.
Government Administration
Implement and ensure the follow-up of the State policy in terms of mines, hydrocarbons and energy.
You could take his appointment, one of two ways, in connection to our business interests!
a) ensure follow up of the strategy!
b) a conflict of interest, previous with Keras!
PC
Well…… at least we can expect an update from Calidus in the morning!
Be very surprised if we get any news here, till after the break!
PC
Agreed, many here are patient LTH’s!
Cannot seem to get onto our site currently!
But when it does get back, worth checking out the Shard Capital’s analysis; if I remember they had Utah at ( £0.0021 ) that’s before the 100 consolidation event and the fact we only then only owned 49% of the Utah business!
PC
Hi Iajan ( and welcome!)
They came in a few months ago where they gained a large chunk of our business during a placing!
Now have around 10% of the shares here!
They came in but it wasn’t obvious what their intentions were, we are still awaiting any real imput as to why, apart from we also see the need for phosphates in this current climate!
PC
With thanks to “ the skipper” over on Adfvn for spotting this article on First Uranium!
https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/3096-cse/urnm/130795-first-uranium-announces-results-of-drilling-and-trading-on-otcqb.html
We get a token nod to our business at the end!
Who knows what end game they are playing !
PC
Lithium results out next week!
Looks like Dave wants to add extra areas of Lithium interest to next year’s potential offload! ( as per latest Calidus video presentation!)
But before we get carried away, must settle current hiccups!
PC
Well we’ve over produced!
Great !
Now………..let’s get it sold over the winter and plan for double next year!
It would be interesting to see how the cost curve is coming down as prices remain strong in the current climate!
PC
Always amazes me that they don’t bother to even spell check a tweet!
Still at least we do know, it’s our product, they are mining!
PC
Well if your output doesn’t agree with your estimates and your hit with two bout’s of Covid then your likely to upset the market!
But having said that it’s too soon to be trashing a share like that; give it a few months of a good production run on full, plus extra experienced, staff and see what a difference to the outlook makes!
PC
Yes……good set, considering what’s gone on with the non partnership issues!
However, can someone good with figures check these basic calculations, based on what we are reading!
All by the tonne:
Sales £147-£184
Cost £72-£90
Profit £75 - £94
Based on £108,000 profit / £75 margin = 1440 tonnes
Sales £212,000 / 1440 tonnes =£147 per tonne
Costs £104,000 / 1440 tonnes = £72 per tonne ( seems too low !)
Any thoughts welcome to get this spreadsheet up to date!

With thanks to “ the chairman elect” over on Advfn. Cannot find a link so just copied!
Diamond Creek organic phosphate mine should generate >150% margin as sales rise Keras Resources report the creation of a new corporate website at www.kerasplc.com and an updated investor presentation at hxxps://kerasplc.com/presentations/. Guidance: management expect to sell 7,500-8,000 tons of phosphate product from 1 September 2022 to June 2023 at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) margin of between US$80 and US$100 per ton. Organic rock phosphate is used as a soil conditioner providing phosphorous for flowering plants and is sold to gardeners for US$10/kg in the US Keras is selling to wholesalers and blenders, and we estimate should receive around $250/t on its rock phosphate by our reckoning This implies a revenue of US$1.9-2m on the above guidance. Operating costs are expected to be US$0.6-0.8m. Operating profits should be US$1.125-1.36m. Conclusion: Keras is earning good money from Diamond Creek with the potential to add substantially to sales through increasing tonnages and through the sale of higher value products. While Keras is not currently selling $2kg tubs at $20 a pot the sale of such products indicates further potential for value-added sales *SP Angel acts as nomad and broker to Keras Resource
Bit of political licence used here! Whilst sales numbers are correct they are using the 5 year plan no for the operating costs at around $92.

Not sure if it was covered in detail during the presentation, but talking to Graham the retail element, I thought would be small bags of the product!
On the contrary, if someone like Walmart or even Amazon were to get onboard, they would expect a full range including ton bags!
But like most retailers they would be specific in there requirements, even so, products could be shipped directly from our production facilities!
Food for future thought!
Hope the new salesman is on the ball!
