Nobody who purchased in the placing is remotely interested in selling at a measly 15%. Even at 33% or 2 quid, where better or safer to put your money this year than skin? That was on the 2nd. You've just got to ignore 5% rises and falls..they mean absolutely nothing...especially on small volume. MM's will **** about the price a bit to try and get some volume occasionally. Other than the 3.5mill you mentioned, volume here is still pretty light but that's fine..there are far more people buying than selling and most are holding tight. There will be a few RNS's shortly that will start to move the sp along...nothing at all but good news ahead here...load up and hold...one of the best shares on Aim.

Yep nice holding. There's a multitude of contracts in the pipeline..each one should add a few %. Its better to increase in small increments...keeps the traders away and the bb more sane. I think the majority of the exiting holders are currently in til a take over as they are fairly well researched...

News is released as it comes in. It was already known. How can it be perceived as negative when all it was clarifying was they think they have a case for non termination? It was positive news on a negative that was reported 3 months ago. Nothing more to it than that I would say

There's 2 possible reasons..either cost or they were fed up with waiting and it was causing a headache in potential pipeline planning? I think they've tried to use the delay to get out of the contract but this is not inline with the t's and c's..potentially now they'll agree to continue or fight the case...Faron have probably selected an alternative supplier and this is a no lose gamble...

Rentschler Biopharma SE announced in early Oct that they were terminating the agreement and Faron have now gone through all the t & c's and seen that they are in breech and have no right to terminate. They would not be doing this if Traumakine wasn't at the point of manufacture or worthy of it. Costs Farn nothing, indeed will get damages, unless Rentschler Biopharma SE maybe realise their mistake and agree to a deal and reinstate the api. All good from Faron's perspective and doesn't slow anything else up
