Please don't make silly statements like this Mark. The price hasn't changed in 3 hours, & the last time a Market Maker adjusted their price was at 09:25.
We're all desperate for a breakout upwards put posting totally false comments just makes you look silly.
Oh by the way the most recent trade to go through is a 5 million sell, in the same price range as all sells since this morning.
Excellent, well reasoned sensible post woodaldo. Any ‘normal investor’ with a stake trying to make a bit of extra cash should carefully read your post & use the points you make as guides to do their own research
Farmer27 your post sums up my own thoughts and emotions so well.
Sensible IMO share price expectations which if achieved will reward the patience of long term holders who've certainly experienced a roller coaster ride
The corporate presentation on the Vast website dated 29th January contains the latest information. The broker report should update the valuations.
Sorry for some reason my tablet is playing up & won’t let me post a link to the presentation
09rileym thank you for your kind comments at 09:38 yesterday. Apologies for the tardy response I spent most of the day attempting to win some brownie points on spousal duties & therefore didn’t log on to the internet until this morning.
I wish you good luck with your investment too. We potentially face a monumental week, when I expect to see Vast feature prominently on the leader boards.
Real reasons.
#1. Finally after many years & several false dawns with unmet forecasts the Baita Plai - BP, mine in Romania is going to be brought back into production. This is a large mine which has produced polymetallic output over many years, but was put on to care & maintenance due to lack of funding.
A broker report including headlines from specialist analysts SRK is expected to be published in the next few days. This will provide details of the potential at BP & should indicate an mcap much higher than currently
#2. Vast also await the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement - MOA, with the Zimbabwe government to enable them to commence diamond mining in Marange Zimbabwe.
Vast have entered into a unique arrangement with the local community, which means for the first time the citizens of Zimbabwe will directly benefit from mineral exploitation in the lands their community have lived on for centuries. This is hugely significant.
Zimbabwe is rich in diamond. This project is forecast when in full production, IMO late spring 2020 to generate $3 million free cash flow per MONTH.
Please DYOR, don’t take anything I’ve said as advice, I’m heavily invested & have held constantly for 5 years. There was a V O X Markets podcast yesterday where the CEO updated on current status, I recommend you start there & work backwards.
Good luck with whatever investment decision you make.
There are 2 documents to be signed (@Kurrinz01 on Twitter has explained it well).
#1. A legally binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ZCDC which will allow Katanga/Vast to IMMEDIATELY start bulk sampling. That could be signed at anytime, it might be happening as I type this post!!!!!!!
#2. The formal Joint Venture (JV) is the second agreement to be signed. That is the agreement that Rob de Pretto said they expect to ink by the end of the year. A delay in signing the JV doesn’t in any way deal the commencement of diamond mining activities
Positive news from a ZCDC & the AGM that is appearing on Twitter starting to get picked up. Hopefully back to & beyond 0.5 as soon as the MOA is signed. Look at @Kurrinz01 tweets for information & MOA explanation. Sounds very positive short term. IMO we should see ZCDC action once Vast confirm the finance tomorrow after the GM
flava, I don’t know why bulletin board users persist with the incorrect statement about MMs masking buys as sales.
The colour a website like LSE allocates is purely down to their algorithm which tracks the SP mid-point & compares the trade price. If it’s lower then it appears red as a sale if higher the blue as a buy. The algorithm can’t cope if the trade is spot on the mid-point, hence LSE show it as unknown in grey.
We’ve covered this here before & users who look at trades on HL say they often depict a trade differently, the reason clearly being that HL’s algorithm is slightly different/more sophisticated(?)
