No Sam. The impact of the 0.2p placing price was seen with the slight pullback when the placing was announced. The extra 900 million shares are now priced into the SP.
With all the large sells, either this subscriber is forward selling, or the August subscriber is doing so. IMO if we get a TR1 that says this week’s subscriber hasn’t sold that will boost not depress the SP.
I think you’re in the money with your buy @0.308. Good luck with your investment.
Sarah I think most of us LTHs feel the same way, especially as most of us are likely to still be down.
But we’ve come through the tunnel & finally that light ahead isn’t the express train rushing towards us, but the sign IMO of a very positive future.
Good luck with your investment.
Sarah, it’s the algorithm that LSE use. It basically makes a judgement on the transaction price compared to the mid-point & says buy if higher & sell if lower. So if you got a good price, i.e. at our below mid, the algorithm will classify it as a sell.
Congratulations on your purchases, look forward to you seeing a very good return.
JD I think we’ve all got everything crossed that we can breach 0.33. If that happens without news, then when we get the RNS confirming the details of the diamond deal, plus the RNS detailing the funding, IMO we’re off to the races.
Agree buko I think that’s one piece of information we’re not going to know.
As for knowing when they’re finished we’ll only know that when we stop seeing large sells. All we can say IMO at the moment is, the placing raised the much needed funds to move the assets to production. The subscriber is taking a cold, calculated view on the situation & making a greater than 50% return in less than a week. Holders of units in whatever fund that is will be happy with that type of return. While the Vast SP holds or continues to grow from this level they’ll carry on selling.
Ammu if we were just relying on the interview I could accept your cynicism & pessimism. However the deal signing with ZCDC was reported in an RNS. Making a false statement in an RNS has consequences.
Also Vast couldn't make the claim about signing the deal with ZCDC if it was a lie, as that would be the end of the potential to do any diamond business in Zimbabwe because remember ZCDC is a state run entity. If Prelea had lied about this shareholders would be clamouring for the UK financial regulators to take criminal action. Prelea might be a dreamer who works to a whole different timeline to the rest of the world but he's not stupid.
So in summary IMO the deal will have been signed & reported via RNS by close of business on Monday, as that after all is the end of the first week of October which is the timescale in the RNS.
TBTT I wanted to correct your point about the accounts of Vast. As the accounting period was extended by a month the statutory filing date is 31st October.
Accounts are expected by close of business on Monday because that’s what the Nomad & Chairman said would happen at the GM. It will be annoying if they’re not published but no risk of AIM suspension
Sandy your point about the accounts has been corrected a number of times, so why do you persist to dissemble?
At the GM in April the Nomad stated & Moritz confirmed, that despite making the FY a 13 month period the Annual Report would still be delivered no later than 30th September.
If the company is not honouring the reporting commitment made at the GM, we need to be told officially & a reason given.
