olderandwiser not prejudice at all. my assessment of the investment case resulted in my exiting. i remain negative as the share overhang from bondholders remain and the deal not yet closed (so savp capital remains at risk). the oil in niger does not (in my view) offset those negatives. anyway have fun and be lucky.

I think you are wrong. I understand the tech issues on this one. I consider the chance of the proposals sorting the lfn is slim. I think the management have done well to get any contribution from the contractor given the likely contractor argument it was an implied not express requirement of the contract and the issue could not have been predicted. I have been watching carefully for sometime- I saw the rns as poor for Wlfe and good for the contractor. I remain watching.

You have articulated a key point to me...I have confidence in the ops management ( in country) but little confidence in the bod. That is why I dip in and out- then I am not exposed to the stratigic management. I remain of the view amer has the worst ir on aim. Can not return a call or email and never have been able to.

would add the pmo / rkh SL development is worth watching if only as part of the financing is due to be RBL..(but if i understand it correctly somewhere around the $1 / 2p being expected..but more twists before that is clear in my view)
