i sold my profit shares from last trade (@ 13.8p in think). should have sold the lot at 18.6p...the issue i think is the management and the cash..cap ex equals free cash flow..while they claim to be debt free they have an advanced payment facility with shell (which is short term debt) and stretched the suppliers..

have you looked at chippen camden / broadway / winchcombe area? prices lower than most of cotswolds but lovely places and little flood risk! (some parts need a 4 x 4 in winter to be safe however!)

i think you bought some amer i sold this morning! GL..i have only lost once in 6 amer trades and that was tiny..but better options elsewhere and needed to put some back into the cash pot!

i trust you read my prior post on this bb addressed to you. i think the issue is very simple. savp have funded 7E but have no completion on the deal. that is a really big issue on a risk basis to savp EV. then add what % of the return now comes from niger to the mcap. sorry but the 7e deal was poor to existing holders (crap as i called it?). it may come good, but the 7e gas sales value is not related to oil price..so do not expect an uplift as oil price moves.. anyway GLA
