For reasons I have stated I will not hold Hur in my core holdings. I have and will hold Hur in my trading pot. I only want to hold while the sp is moving up between buy point and sell point. I Do not care if I could have bought at a lower cost do long as every buy is followed by a higher sell.
Now in years gone by (2015/16) - trades of the scale I make would have moved the sp. but no longer is that the case as the cos is now £1bnish. I can trade in and out without moving price.
So the price can be 40p / 60p/ 80p or 25p - I care not . I only care what it will be in my investment time frame for that trade in my trading pot .

I would add - as stated to sipp I don’t care about missing the rise from mid 30 to mid 50..would have been nice to get that one as well as prior rises.. but such is life!

I have never posted a target buy price of 46p ( or indeed any price other than noting it is close to 49p) - pls get your facts correct.

But it seems to me he has done ok? Raised and discharged a shedloads of cln’s. Kept the lights on for ages. What’s not to like for the next aim ipo promote of carp assets?

I first posted on this bb when the rns saying an offer was in progress. Sp (and hence mcap) went mental. I looked and did my homework. Found the documentary evidence on sour gas ...peeps told me I was wrong and insulted me ... . um I was right. I then found the info on the tight gas resi...peeps told me I was wrong and insulted me... um I was correct...wells will need workovers... i posted the iPpc was governed by the same eu rules as Uk and this made it impossible for the co to short track..no I was told and insulted...i posted I found the stratigic review a signal to sell..I was told I was talking rollocks....I posted I talked to ch first hand in April and nice as he was I would sell...

Now I predict suspension from aim based on the statements in the rns...am I wrong? Don’t know yet as that is only my opinion.

Hi sipp. I did foresee the assent r outcome and posted such. Too many bullies posting insults as a result. Does history repeat itself ? Yep defo does when human greed exceeds human fear and its driven by a lack of understanding of the core tech issues. ( same issue as with Ukog / Afpo/ Ctag ..and a bunch I have reported incorrect rns statements to fca).

Anyway..I note your comments about not trading Hur stock. I understand that ( I do not trade my core stocks also)

It states very clearly the co has cash to end of year with only expenditure on ops and listing. If no farmout or similar occurs, then the directors have a legal duty to protect creditors before shareholders. The listing cost is the next costs cut. I would estimate October is most likely. Of course some corporate funder could have stepped in with a cln offer or the go could have done a placing- but the shareholders blocked either route. Um... not the britest bunch!

Feel sorry for relative newcomers here .. for several years I have warned about tight gas risk / sour gas risk / permit risk / restricting co’s ability to raise funds via share placing. Each time was repeatedly received abusive and nasty posts back. So newbies I feel sorry for but so called LTH’ers you just got what I warning you about and for your insults I am pleased to see your losses.

I have posted before I have great respect for jay and also John walmsley. But was it just too difficult geology for two small minnows ( vision and Panr)? I think the last rns makes it clear the current risk is on fund raising, that is going to be a negative drag on the sp until it’s sorted. the absence of cpr does not help Ii funding in my view. The tech risk remains until some better drill results in my view. ( fwiw I sold out out a loss some months back- not my best investment case assessment!)

Not good news on Ast or mtr- feel for you...does not make aim all bad.. but reinforces just how careful one has to be...

I would add that if the kimm was allowed to be fracked, then the chance of extracting from the kimm would be far higher ( orders of magnitude is my gut feel). Would change the investment case. But I simply do not see this happening - the laws relate to planning and environmental protection are do embedded in some many areas established by acts and court results.

The Portland has a full cpr. The peak flow rates reported do not support ( in my view) an upward revision of the Portland but also do not indicate a downward revision ( but would do if the Portland sustained flow was lower than 350bopd). If you do the calc on the flow rate from three wells ( optimum number in the cpr) and the likely timing of the extra wells , then allow for HHDL overhead prior to net revenue distribution to HHDL shareholders it is simply not possible to get to a positive Ukog plc profit position on current oil prices and Ukog overheads. I am not bring negative only realistic- so I have to conclude the £100m mcap has a very large element of kimm success priced in. Given the bb history that is a big risk to the current valuation,

Sting. I was about to respond to your post of 10:38 but penguins has already stated what I would have written. If I could suggest reading the cpr and understanding the differences between the Portland and the Kimmeridge is absolutely key to understanding what the current state of play is hence the risks and reward balance.
