Only funding this time?
As with Protos, the developer looks to cover a large percentage of initial development, pre development. So for a FOAK, it’s understandable that a funding injection in exchange for a quicker build is in everyone’s favour.
With other projects, if the opportunity arose to provide funding in exchange for faster build, would they take the same option?
Also how much does it cost to build a DMG? Add in the multiples of units being commissioned, lead times; couple that with license fees(my understanding is PHE own the Conversion chamber and license it annually, while charging support fees), they are on a cash burn until X amount of units are commissioned.
As all future projects are multi venture developments, thus far, it’s in their interest to support early projects financially, because it’s the quickest route to X as long as there is investor support.
Once X is hit, it should be a nice little earner.

Each site needs front end funding, for long lead manufacturing .
Of course with such a world changing technology you can have you 70 new chemical conversion chambers in no time? And the rivers of gold will flow, then why have a PLC?

A further fund raiser for Scotland/Poland has to remain a possibility, particularly if it brings revenue streams online quicker, as the Protos fee won’t fund the next two JV’s, so probably is my thought. Three fees, plus service bolt ons still won’t be enough to self fund, less so if the sales and delivery pipeline increase, and the money has to come from somewhere?

Just over 2 10ths on volume - nothing, but a 2% reduction in actual value, factoring in the option value, or am I missing something?
Last week this was going sub 4 based on that calculation. I would expect further dilution, but may like the opportunity to partake, rather than reduce my %.

Another 8m shares to be admitted, may only be a drop in the ocean, but the 0.6 option price is a weight on the price.
I wonder how long it will be before further dilution?

12 month lock in from 15th of July 2020 so from the 14th of July 2021 can sell on open market? the shares were created in 2020 and admitted to the market, and are in the accounts. If the price is going down because of this would it have started yesterday?

Having trouble buying

They have no control on the Protos site, of when the tech will go live, and the mention of time frame slippage in the annual report aren’t helping. Add that to the adjustment of the site plans under consultation, and whether this gets lumped in with the larger 2nd phase planning application?
Who knows, but until there is movement, it could well continue drifting aimlessly.

About time, a lot of the iOS development is very quiet?
Using the app is worlds apart from 2 months ago.
Looking forward to the THG QR launch will be spending some coin.

A lot of the overhang shares are hitting the market, site planning isn’t finalised, and another corporate fundraiser, dents my enthusiasm, still see the stock as expensive, considering where they are and timeline slippages. Think it could go sub 4?

Because it’s going nowhere until the planning consultation provides some direction and timescale.

Ties in nicely with the adjusted footprint and new access road, my guess it is to do with the multi feedstock, that is more frequently mentioned, resulting from the DNV assessment.
Roll on the 7th of July and a nice RNS on the 8th.

Price is spot on with the options coming available (170m shares outside the board and family @ 4.8p), so happy I dumped at 6.6 and repurchased this morning.

The director rewards package has a share price of 6.8 (I think from memory), which would suggest they are targeting well above this level.
Personally think until W2T non family overhang expires, this is the right price zone, baring any RNS.

Was to be expected, along with a stagnant few weeks before construction starts.

It’s a stock with potential, and agree it’s a good investment, hence I’m buying it.
Doesn’t mean I want to over pay.

Have taken this into account, just don’t see the short term value above 4.8.
And as the spread tends to increase north of 5p, got a feeling I’m not the only one targeting purchases at this point.
Time will tell, but this belief has allowed me to gain circa 70000 shares without increasing capital investment.

The Waste2Tricity overhang is a consideration, for me.
The price has no value over 4.8p until the July option passes, and with 30/40% of their original shares with this option, why pay more.
The director reward package, and the 6.8p future options attached to this, I believe gives an insight into the next 12 months, with an expectation to exceed this price point.
