They need to raise money so they can be fussy with the Vet Partner. If they have minimal funds they will go with what they are given, no real bargaining power. This raise gives us the clout to bargain and get the best deal possible.

Also if the raise goes to directors/know diamond hands then this is a huge vote of confidence. They wouldn't be buying unless they expected good things to come. And not buying at a discount or very little is great. Not like the raises of old!
