Yes it is easy to talk of negativity because we haven’t had a sniff off good news ! For all we know they’re still just sitting on a huge patch of cheap land which has gone up in value in the fifteen months and they’ll cash up and ride into the wind without even a plant to show ! If this is such good value now why not ask yourself where are all the buyers snapping the low point share price ?
