Getting rid of Anglo's 20% so fast and with no remaining "overhang" is great news. Wih platinum staying at around £1000/oz since late June, profits in H2 should shoot the lights out.

I'd not be surprised to see £70 or £80 by year end. No plans to take profits yet.

Latest report shows shares in issue already down to 69.7m, down from 80m only a year or so ago, and still falling. EPS at year end is going to be through the roof.

KBS has raised the target price to $105, seems unambitious.

Market seems to like it - 5% up on opening

Now my third biggest holding, after Berkshire Hathaway and JP Morgan Growth Advantage. Leaving for 10 years, by which time the S&P will have breached 15000.

Used up today’s UU divis to top up another 119 at £33.60 taking my total holding to exactly 1000. Probaly my last top up.

Still seems good value to me with platinum holding at £1000 an oz.

The first divi, a month after ”independence”, was always going to be minute. The full year final divi should be worth having if PGM prices hold up.

Net revenue up 9%, full year guidance ditto, adjusted EBITDA guidance +20%, cash and investments up to $538m (over $4/share).

All pretty decent. Market deems to like it - currently 10% up in New York, an hour or so pre-pono.

Almost back to where we were before the crash last year. Glad I topped up a (tiny) bit back then.

Very pleasant recent rises, especially since profit for H1 is only gping to be about $30-32m (average price per tonne realised minus fob (~$5) times 6.2m).

My main holding has been moved to ii (who don't bother to secure the lower 10% withholding tax) from Jarvis XO (who did). So a) capital gains are better for me and b) I need to find a way to get ii to apply the DTA to Thungela divis, or find somebody else who will.

Topped up another 66 at £36.60. Full year guidance still expecting 3-3.4 m/oz of PMGs to be refined; prices of platinum, rhodium and palladium still rising; cost of refining remaining constant. Still seems like a magic money tree to me.

Excessive over-reaction. Stuck myself down for another few at £3.63.28, lowering my average to slightly under a fiver. Expect to be back over £4 once the 11am meetings spill out.

EBITDA guidance unchanged, cash pile intact: will probably regret not taking better advantage of this brief blip.

Just got another 98 at £31.57 using up today's BP and Tesco divis just over 500 in total now. Still seems a no-brainer with Platinum breaking $1000/oz.

7.224 shares dripped today, at $88.39, total $639.38, up from 7.565 @ $71.80 this time last year, total $543.18. 17.7% incrase yoy: 14% the increase in the divi, the rest from the 26 extra shares "dripped" over the year.

Back over $100 by year end?

Used up today's Unliever divi to buy another 102 of these at £31.2786.

Last year 3.5m oz of platinum, palladium and rhodium etc were extracted at a cost of $957 per oz and realized $1467 per oz. So far this year platinum and rhodium are both up by ~30%, while extraction costs remain under $1000. Implying, on constant production, an increase in profits of c$500m if annualised.

Nearly 50% up from February's trough.

I'm holding. Recent rise in price of platinum (14% up ytd) will have an almost exponential increase in profitability as the base cost of extraction remains the same.

I think a lot of Aal holders (and trackers) will be selling off their holdings so I'm hoping to be able to pick up another block of shares at £25 within a week or two, and then jope the price will go up significantly.

Divi should be decent enough as well.

Given the substantial rise in the price of platinum (14% up ytd) Valt’s profitability may be much better than expected, so the share price may well rise significantly in the short-medium term (although I'm expecting a drop in the very short term as investors who don't want their shares get out).

Look pretty good. Adjusted operating earnings of $5.10 per diluted share, up from $4.23 this time last year. Total number of shares down to 72.1m. Barclay's has adjusted its target up a couple of bucks to $108.

Stuck today's divi back in at 4,386.5931p.

Another 7.46 shares "dripped" @$84, totaling $634.30. 8.14 this time last year at $66.16: $538.34. The divi up 17.8% yoy, 11% the increase in the divi, the rest from the extra 28 shares dripped over the year.

No plans to sell.
