Think if they never mentioned a DFC grant weeks ago then this would have taken off today!

I think that now a DFC has been stated people are waiting on this.

But todays News was Expected in a way but was still Great News and more News due at anytime.

Came across this news feed last night USA are seriously investigating in EV manufacturing.

So on the grounds of Ford getting $9 Billion think this looks good for us as it shows where Graphite is gonna be in a few years double it’s currently low price.

I totally see what you are pointing out.

My point was referring to the massive rise in there share. Not many shares I’ve come across ever go 1000’s of percent as there reasons for it so unless you read the New flow regarding the rises.

Hey I think Bres could rise 300% though in the coming months.

Back to Bres I’m a firm believer this company can be Massive but will be sold off before we get to full production.

I’m hoping for the Company to get its ducks lined up and hoping for .80-£1.

This is in the future but with China Vs Usa it’s a Rocky style Show down.! Well that’s what I’m hoping for.

This is my Opinion but I’ve been here for over a couple of years, So i’m not panicked just happy I’m in Bres as this price is so cheap and if the Country was run by a professional type of government the market would be totally different well I think so.

HZM had a rerate 20-1 !!

So no I’m not looking at this type of rise.

But I’m looking at BRES to get its ducks in a row in the coming months and we will rise accordingly.

Remember we we valued at over £105M last July

First Equity Limited PFS numbers, had updated their risked valuation model, based upon a revised NPV8 of $482m for Orom-Cross and by applying a 30% development/resource, 50% finance and 25% country risk factors to derive an estimated £105.4m (prev. £43m) value.

A £105.4m risked graphite project value equates to a price per share of 59p, which is more than double their previous 27p target and represents an uplift of around 18 times from the current share price.!!

So this was July 2022.

So based on this I’m expecting way above this as we’re in much better shape this year as we have moved forward nearer the End game.👍

Yep this is going to get Snapped up in the next 12-18 months I think for a fraction of it’s true Value.

But believe it’s will be multiple of today’s price I’m hoping for something in the realms of .80-£1 so happy to sit n wait.👍

I agree with your sentiments totally as the current valuation is mind blowing as it’s according for Just 1% of Oram Cross.!

And your absolutely right about valuation cos if this was to go our way and was to get into production then we would see it in the pounds, Cos we are sitting on 1 of the worlds largest Graphite fields in Africa.!

So if we get bought out as I think we will I’m hoping Mike will push the price way higher than .20p.

More like £1 plus as it’s worth Billions technically.

This is My take and this share is going to take off and when people understand what this share is about then bang off we will fly.

From my understanding your correct DFC would pay 50%

Meaning that the other 50% would be raised by warrants and placing but at a higher price I think Mike said.

As to limit the amount of dilution to share holder’s.

Think if memory serves.

I would think we would need to fin the other $4Million.

I totally see your point but the problem with Mike is he doesn’t always tell us on time with his reporting so knowing him we will he a RNS update after the testing!

also I believe the 100 tonnes bulk has already arrived and being tested as we speak.

In today’s modern word transportation doesn’t take almost 4 months to travel such a distance.

Its Not gone by Sailboat.😄

News coming hopefully on this testing in the next week or 2 I hope.

I’ve watched n waited for over 2 years so another week or 2 is fine as I believe that this share has Massive potential and any one who does there due diligence will know if the stars align over the next 12 months BRES will be multiple of it currently Value.

Samples were flown out in February I believe

To the Chinese.

This meant they could do testing to allow them to set there labs for the bulk sample which should have arrived sometime in May by my workings out.

As we know it’s just patients needed until News breaks.

I’m excited as So much news is due in the next 2-6 weeks.

I’m expecting this to start to rise on expectations of news I’m thinking 8-12p range

IMO.

TGR are up now 12p since end of March and as a producer of graphite we are in the same game together and I would expect if we don’t get bought out and go into production we will be of a similar price in the first year.

I say this as our product is better in terms of size of flake.
