I am back in with £100 worth in long term anticipation. Whilst you say that there's not a lot of money about and jobs are being lost, what people can't quite afford to do is go abroad The sales of USED caravans (assuming they sell used), should be better. When everyone's is cheesed off to the back teeth with everything, they will need a break. With this in mind, camping is a cheap holiday and enjoyable providing the weather is good. My argument is, that people WILL need a break and will say "Sod it", lets go camping in The Lakes, or Cornwall, so my guess is that DISL will Capitialise on the budget break. It's a large company with plenty of outlets. If they can afford to advertise, this is the time to do it, if not, then maybe another company could see an opportunity and make a bid.......who know's? Just an opinion. They may not want to sell, and if this is the case, they are doing ok but depends on how big the 'shout' is.

Hi GK. I checked back here earlier and decided to sell up for a while and put all my eggs in the Lipoxen Basket and made c.£100 just like that. Rebought at a medium price ready for the next rise. These guys make the Swine Flu virus "remedy". Did you get any response for my 'Ramp' from the MD? Interested to know. I am going to see how my other punt goes, and if I make a tidy sum, I will buy a few more of these along with African Eagle. Copy and paste the next post from me!

It Tried hollering to Him too, but it won't work. Shout as loud as you like to no avail, faith or no faith. My mates an out and out athiest and he seems to be rolling in it. Work that one out!!! It's all about attitude and positive thinking, but that won't affect the LSE which is based upon luck, judgement and a following wind. As far as Jessops is concerned, they seem to do everything too late. Too many shops in a time when digital had peaked. Essentially, Gung-ho without thinking it through.....mercenary. Too much spending, with disregard for the future. Bad management. If things go well, you don't open a couple of hundred stores 'just like that'. It's a couple here and there, and if they do well over a year or so, open another then stop. If the O/D starts creeping up the worst thing to do is carry on in anticipation of more shops offsetting the problem. Just before (or during) the Crunch, another £50M was secured until 2011, meantime, business got worse and the capital was absorbed in bills. Suppliers were edgey about giving credit because of insurance. They were deemed the next chain to go bust, but things are on the up (a bit). A new branch or two, with store closures/redundancies helped save money. If they are still here at summer end, we MAY see a 15 - 20p share. DSGi cut costs in a similar way, their shares went from 12p to 36p. I have a few bobs worth of Jsp but none of dsgi. Won't go on too much here as it's waffling. Hi I think the LSE may warn me politely for that. No real harm done really, but glad you liked it! They dislike adding phone numbers and e-mail addresses, etc. But when we talk about how good a company is or should be, or perhaps if a company has been bought out by someone who will do a company a lot of good, it's all advertising effectively, so I don't really think there's any harm done with regard to policy. Perhaps a light clip around the ear, maybe. At least I stick with the DISL site and not shout about other equivalent sites. Credit where credits due. I am photo retail. Have been for 40 years nearly, but camping since 1971.

Now I will get the sack form the LSE for my ramp, but hey-ho, we all need a boost. I can already feel a (share) rise coming on as the outdoor holiday trend starts momentum.

The summer is coming.....it's going to be HOT and SUNNY, why go abroad when you can buy a superb family tent or camping gear from these guys. Have a look at their web site. It's GREAT! Rope, tent pegs, sealent and a nice new mallet for keeping those bloody kids from howling like a Banshee in the middle of the night. Stick their heads down the Elson! Other than that, it's a great holiday, we speak the same laguage and use the same money. Go Camping....YOU CAN AFFORD NOT TO GO ABROAD WITH DISCOVER. Is that Ramp enough fella's? Oh, don't forget the Gas bottles.

Yes! I'm one of them!!! Great, cheap and not confined to the same site. Done it for years. Loads of people will be taking to the less pricey way of holidaying, camping and Hiking. Just keep your fingers crossed for decent weather for July and August.

Looked at a live price and they seem to be on the up at 7.04% 1.90. Hope it shows here soon!

Oh, why? Live price says 35.51% and 03,32 maybe it will drop, but it will also rise again. Yesterdays figures were good and they are still stable today. I would say that's a good sign, but often you get a drop in the latter part of the day. Don't forget that if the weather holds for summer, (and the budget is not too much of a rip off), DISL's figures should be quite good leading to improved share prices. One sells these at the end of season or just before when things slow down for the winter.

I will. Guess what, I was assuming yesterday a Jessops rise (pm yesterday), got busy, and they almost doubled. Pig Sick now and could have made £100. Damn and blast. I will hold here for a while longer. Good luck too. Back to Sussex this afternoon!
