Getting quiite pensive about all this. Logic say they will get it, but will the creditors accept the CVA? I suppose it depends on their insurance policies, also, will their creditors get nothing back much if they go into admin. It depends, but if they have to sell the freeholds, then the administrators will divi out the dues after costs ect. The Bank did say they were happy with DISL and on that basis, it may pay the creditors (how ever many) to accept it. If they go, the suppliers of their goods will also lose out long term, as they too, need the business, but it depends how much and who else also buys from them. The knock on effect can stifle other trades if they go under, others could follow.
