It still shows -66% on the Shareprice board, although I cannot see anything translated to here as yet. PPA, my other share, shows +2500% which indicates consolodation and once again, ashows nothing on 'Shareprice' which seems ver misleading.

Hey lads, Not sure but Share price.co.uk is showing these 'crashed' to 10p Check it out. Don't want to be alarmist but maybe someone can shed light on this?

Making a loss is easy done. Been trading for about 3 years now, and ahead, not by lots but very low four figures gain. I didn't lose a lot here, probably £60 but made it up on RAY. Am looking forward to AST & PPA doing well, but won't be counting my Chickens until the news is out and I have pressed the Sell button. They could both be a damp squib. When a share 'rockets', try selling and invariably, it will go to Negotiated trade! Buggers aren't they (unless they go up of course!)?

Only you here, mate? It's lonely without PPA! I'm just passing through just for interests sake to see what the 84% was all about. Trust all is well and wondering who PPA is going in to as is everyone. You are right, though once the revenue starts to significantly reduce at the pumps because of electric cars, the Government will wear the other hat.......with the horns. Those zero rated cars will have a huge whack put on them or as you say, one will be charged by the mile to the equivalent of the average MPG of a petrol car. Say, 10p per mile...tracked. There could also be an anti-tamper BlureTooth sensor built into the plug of the vehicle which 'jigs' your electricity bill to recognise a direct payment to the HMRC Coffers as to how long you spend charging it. Watch the sales of generaters soar! However, if you line the roof (inside) with a thin lead sheet under the roof lining, etc. (Like film bags through Airports), it MAY not be possible to track. An anti-track jammer will be sold in the US, illegal to use but not illegal to sell. (The Death sentence for motorists will be common place!). Two things: Consider the prison sentence of 5 years if caught (uk) and massive fines if you flout the Law, failing that: Vive Le Revolution! In France, they will get away with it, over here, we public are too soft! It will happen. Cars that use Fuel Cells will have a stonking duty put on them, but whatever, they will tax the shirt off your back until no-one has any money left to pay tax with, then what? GLA!

Probably stop losses triggered and those who have been around for a while and want to move on. I was here at 23p but will stay around until some decent news/sp then out! If I can get 35p, I will be happy.

It does, but how long for. It will, like all shares, go back up again! Fortunately, I don't have much here. I have faith in the company and because the supply for Electric vehicles is well on the up, and in a few years will really flurrish, I don't realy think that TAN will suffer much medium term.

What about skimming the top of you AFE!! Maybe be a little spare there?...lol. I did that on AFE many months ago to put it into another which covered the short sell and got a modest drink from it! I am happy I bailed from The Eagle but if it drops back, I MAY just take a small punt until Dutwa.

We get day traders, short, medium and long term investers on all sites. I have been watching ACU for a very long time, but I also have been in a few other shares for at least a year. The question was posed as tentative, rather than 'panic'! It's not a problem, and I do realise that ACU is not designed to hop in and out of but one alway's likes to ask the ocassional question. Been with PPA for the best part of two years, so patience with me is not (usually) a problem. RRR is a quicky, and RAY was also a quicky, and both did me very well, but equally, if one does not listen to the pro's, it's so easy to get it wrong. Patience is the virtue of most shares unless anyone bought RKH the day before the rise! Thanks for the responses.

Still fairly hard pushed to keep this above 6p with many retraces. I would have thought that by now, we would have hit the 7p barrier or am I being too premature?!

You are right about ACU. I am in profit after two days, but like most shares one can expect the high's and Low's of trading and all the comments that go with it. You can please some of the people, some of the time.........!!! The worse a share gets, so does the attitude of the trader and vice versa.......goes with the job! GLA

I really hope it works for you mate, thank your lucky stars that you probably don't have PPA. I have had over 300,000 of theirs for some time, and whatever good news comes in, it hiccups by a fraction of a percent then drops down over double of what it went up by. Becoming controversial.

A very long time ago, a year or so, I suggested that one of you guys invested in Photo-me Int. at around 16p ish. Whoever it was, I hope you made some as it is over 60p now!! I seem to recal it was the guy who had the Jack Russell and stayed at the Tenyson Inn on the Isle of wight. Well done if you bought them!!

It would be well for the Government to REDUCE VAT, the idea of making people pay more money for goods is beyond belief. I have lost faith already in the current Gov'. Far too much too soon. If they want revenue, then encourage people to spend, not discourage. 1/5th of everything you buy won't go down well. Xmas trade for me (a retailer) should be ok, then Jan, and Feb will see sales stretching into the new year whilst retailers, and perhaps DISL, absorb the rise, or at least some of it. My prediction is the 2011 will be very rough for many and the poor old Tax payer won't have any money much to pay Tax with. This will mean less enjoyment for many, no going out, no luxuries, and greatly reduced spending......ultimately less Tax revenue, and the more they put up Tax on associated items, the less money people will have to spend = depression. Rod for the Governments own back and for retailers to boot. Thoughtless fools.
