I've said before that I don't know the first thing about running a gas company....seems like I'm not alone at present.....

I'd love to know what would happen to my own businesses if I kept promising the earth but delivered a sand castle with the tide coming in. How many times has Baay built that sand (word) castle now? Word Castle on the beach....I like it.

If Cascudura does come online this week I hope we get back to somewhere near £1 at least. It will be a bit disappointing if the market doesn’t give TXP a bit of a boost. It might take a while for full value to be given though, the market may want prolonged production for a sustained and supported increase in the SP.

Smasher, it will finally earn the name ‘The Mighty TXP’.

I don’t pretend to know the first thing about running a gas company, so I’m not sure if PB is the best choice or no to do sot? All I do know is, I like his manner and presentation style, I just wish he could somehow get more of a handle on TXP’s day to day operations and stop making timeline promises on what he is being told.

It could be, as has been mentioned today, that the gas is flowing and the RNS is on its way once commercial flows have been achieved. If that’s the case, PB will once again be sitting pretty on top of the TXP hill.

It will come right and when it does we will all be happy!!

I couldn’t agree more Leaping. Baay was a bit of a hero during the exploration stage but he hasn’t covered himself in glory since those days. As the leader you take the credit when due but you must also take the criticism when the ball is being dropped. I’m sure he is as frustrated as the rest of us but he needs to get his sleeves rolled up, get a spanner in his hand and do whatever it takes to get things sorted. Go kick ass if that’s what’s needed? Maybe he is already doing all of the above, who knows? My motto for life: Whatever It Takes….

No RNS. Do we think TXP/others are having issues at the the facility, or rather, that they have connected successfully and are wanting to run the gas for a week or so to make sure all is good before they issue an RNS? I hope it’s the latter.

Ah that’s great Ezhik. I trust you if you say it’s a respectable figure. As you say, we just need to get some gas through it!!

Hey Simon, not sure that has been an issue before? I can't remember getting an RNS as the Canadian market opens? As you say though, this next news is transformational. Potentially that is.....

I've got to stop writing from my phone, firstly my eyes can't see what I'm writing, typos all over the place, secondly, the adverts are so annoying, the screen jumps all over the place. LSE have made it very tricky on my phone now.

This is from the RNS on the 31st of July. Is that a normal drop in pressure from 'shut in' to production? I have no experience in the field so I'm clueless I'm afraid.

'Both wells are currently shut in, with wellhead pressures at approximately 4,100 pounds per square inch. It is anticipated that the Cascadura natural gas and liquids facility will operate between approximately 600 to 750 pounds per square inch.'

Lex, I’m laughing all by myself. Being that PB is Canadian and there’s a possibility he hasn’t got the first clue about the rules of scones, cream & jam, I wonder if he had looked in at the board if he would be scratching his head trying to work out what was being discussed 😂

TC, I’ll be happy if I’m inside the plane at this rate. It might come to hitchhiking across Africa at this rate. That could be interesting.

It’s a lovely part of the UK. You’ll enjoy that, the sea and the pasties. Remember though, to be local, jam then cream. I’ll always be an outsider as I like cream then jam.

Hey Simon, hope you are well. Pin wiz was on the ball three minutes before your post, mentioning the delivery bad news first.

I'd like to think PB cringes when he puts out yet another email of delays. It's unbelieveable how many delays have happened. Does he not qualify the information that his staff are feeding him? If not, he should do, as it his name/reputation that is taking the knocks.

Come on PB, stop it now man. If you haven't already, take personal control of the project, deliever the Cascudura gas and get the Mighty TXP soaring towards £2.

Well if Baay gets sacked due to always being late then he only has himself to blame, it was only a question of time....See what I did there? I'm so funny!!
