Before I purchased these shares at 585 I tried their product first. It was because of actually tasting the amazing difference in quality , that i decided to purchase a few of these shares. Now Fevertree is absolutely everywhere. I am not surprised the share price has jumped so much, but I do still believe it is only a matter of time before this company is taken over by a big player. I can't imagine what the buy out price will have to be.
come on Kimbo and Trumpy start spouting your insults again so we can have another dip in these shares before it finally gets taken over . Another bank has said £24 pounds today . It's not fair , it always goes up when you want it to go down.
Check out the rules for Aim shares , as I think if you have held them for two years plus , isn't the gain free , especially if you re invest in another or something . Google it , as i am sure there was something about this recently in one of the financial papers . I think the FT only last weekend possibly
hey anybody who buys this with the correct mindset to leave the team in place ,but give them all the back up they need would benefit amazingly. It wouldn't surprise me if one of the big boys makes a move , possibly others will suddenly wake up to the even bigger threat Fevertree would be to their own profits if their competition took control of this cash cow that also pumps out golden eggs by the million . Sometimes it amazes me how stupid the big boys are when it comes to making a move that is so obvious . I think some broker said the present price target without a takeover was 2400 and we aren't even there yet .
I am not really a believer in the motley fool , as they blow hot and cold quicker than Trump can say your fired , no your hired , no sorry your fired etc. Also, if this was an automatic large sell , you can see the huge sell was gulped up with a high massive number of single buys and at high premiums quickly after . In my opinion something could be happening while everyones eye is off the ball for the August Hols. Fever Tree have a huge market still to take and they are blazing a trail with huge profit margins and low overheads. If I was Coke or Similar, I would be doing the same thing as they did with Innocent Smoothy . Since Coke took over Innocent , they have grown it amazingly and kept the founders in place and allowed them to operate their ideas as before , but with all the marketing resources of Coke etc . Lets wait and see guys and Girls. I wouldn't be surprised , as the UK Pound is so weak .
So the founders have lowered their holding so much , that they now really leave themselves open for possibly a hostile takeover in my opinion . 1. You have sweppes losing market share to fever tree and even one of the founders was boosting about that a year or so ago in some interview in the research info. 2. The weak pound is increasing fever trees returns dramatically and this will only help their expansion into USA and other markets. 3. Everywhere I go people will only have fever tree tonic water with their gin including me. 4. You can drink their toinc by itself and it tastes great , especially if you have to drive. The hot weather must be helping . 5. I believe they have also won a contract with virgin airlines in addition to other airlines. They are profitable and with the exchange rate in the USA favour of takeovers and Coke's recent poor growth figures, maybe they might look seriously at this company . I think coke purchased innocent which had a similar respected brand and good growth prospects. There was talk years ago that this company was possibly going to be taken over by a competitor at some time sooner or later. Maybe now the doors been left open and everyones on their summer hols, perhaps someone might start to make their move . Who knows. Just a guess, but if I was looking for a good growth brand to add to my drinks range , this would be it. I hate to think what the buy out price would be, but the founders have left this open for the big boys in my opinion. Do your own research
