Holding in this company, I would say that is a serious intention. Tomorrow by 5pm is the deadline for a formal offer etc . I feel they will leave this till the 11th hour so to speak . By Monday morning a deal could be on the table . Seeing as how the management were getting paid too much with the shareholders revolt on their pay , I hardly think the shareholders give a monkey about their advice and will take a good offer . The other is for the 13% holding to vote in their management to support a takeover

That out of the 325 million pounds selling shares in this ipo float , that not a penny went into th company coffers . If it had then I would buy . Therefore growth will be limited. Also after 6 months a lot of shares will be able to be sold . In my mind greed for owners and nothing for business.
