That's not my experience with most placements especially those that occur at a major low with potential major news in the offing. Peeps whinged about UKOG placing at 0.8p last year. Told them to fill their boot, but they moaned it was all over. SP hit 11.5p soon after. Same negativity with EME at 3.5p, yet that sailed past 30p. There will be plenty of days to sell COPL, but this is not one of them. It's time to thank the gift horse and buy, not gawp in its mouth for another 5-10%.

If my memory serves me correctly about 75% of this is cash or pending cash, so today's 5% drop is equivalent to a 20% drop in the speculation valuation above and beyond the effective cash per share position.

Market appears to have forgotton the result of BLVN's 2010 appraisal well on the adjacent IE target, which flowed at an amazing 22,909 BOEPD! Show me an AIM listed well with a better flow rate.

Current drilling is in a fabulous postcocde and the balance sheet is a rock solid dream. The market really needs to wake up.

Russ, I completely agree. Far too dangerous to sell much at all. The stock was way oversold even before the transformational Alaska news hit and the stock needs to rerate significantly. The wide spread and big SP swings are just standard MO for a controlled rise in a thinly traded share. Consolidations and breakouts should continue for the foreseeable IMO. Sellers beware. It may be very hard to by back. Be right and sit tight with this one. GLA
