Laidback, at first thought your assumption re effect of oil prices dropping on TLW SP seems sensible, however when WTI hit -$41 this was nowhere near the lows. Not convinced oil stocks are going to sell off in any meaningful way from here unless there is a huge acceleration in the virus problem or a problem with the financial system.

Looking at the last results and adjusting for placing, drawdowns and admin costs PRD currently appears to be sat BELOW net current assets per share. That makes the current SP exceedingly cheap, especially considering they are drill ready. Looks like an exceptionally good entry point.

So this is dirty cheap at these levels.

Agreed. When we look back at this episode with everyone fretting that June WTI will go sub zero and that oil is dead we will laugh. This is but a short transitory period before crude soars inexorably higher once again and people look on aghast at their reluctance to back up the truck while staring at the nag's molars. If you time it right and avoid the bad stocks and you could make some serious wealth in under two years from down here. Good luck.
