It seems to me that the owners of EH want to develop the project but do not have access to the funds required to do so. By taking and holding UFO shares in payment they can get round this problem and still benefit from this excellent asset as UFO takes the project forward for them.

Just background static for AIM shares. Yesterday's action centered on 0.35p and today's at 0.34p. It's just consolidating ahead of the next move which should take us to 0.50p. With only about a week till initial underground drilling is completed we should get some feedback on how exploration is proceeding very soon. Not long left to take positions. Starting to look like this was a classic shake ahead of major news. With its spectacular grades the acquisition of the Elizabeth Hill mine will be a really big deal for UJO. If this strong buying continues we could see a really strong move from here into tomorrows news, perhaps even a move on 1p once it's confirmed. GLA

That's only 0.03p above the close so 0.43p looks more likely to me. If that goes 0.50p looks nailed on. Not long till first round of underground operations should be complete. GLA
