Exactly Jarv. I'm certain there's a mountain of investor cash that wants crypto exposure, but wouldn't dare touch actual crypto with a barge pole. ARB is right up their street with almost no decent alternative for UK only investors.

And this is THE moment in the cycle when demand rockets for everything crypto. Perfect storm for investors.

I'd have to agree there's a very good chance of $2 if BTC is around these levels later today. US hit $1.99 (147p) the other day and a retest looks inevitable with BTC marching higher once again.

Albert, that's understandable. It's be renamed many times. OFEX > Plus Markets > NEX Exchange > Aquis Exchange.

Barclays is at best only, which has been OK to buy. Think it may be wise to get on the trombone when I chose to sell though.

I think they are a similar investment proposition to ARB although slightly different. Like ARB they hold a large basket of crypto. ARB gets its exposure through mining, whilst KR1 appears to do so through early investments in new projects and yields off its holdings. Don't ask me to explain the detail, I'm still learning. I think different coins are structured differently and some of them generate a yield, significant in some cases. Then of course there is the capital appreciation when their holdings increase as with ARB. Their main holding in DOT, which is a top 10 coin and the rest by and large are smaller altcoins, which actually tend to outperform in bull phases, so that may be a bonus. I think they might have ETH and BTC holdings too, but I still have to research. Again, sorry for the OT, but as an ARB investors I found this stock interesting also. GLA

We've just mentioned that on the KR1 board. We think they need the nudge. Now is surely the perfect time. OTC may also be wise. You can buy online using Share.com and Barclays although Barclays is at best only, maybe other brokers too.

You beat me to it Lookington. I was about to post the same. I have a chunky holding in ARB, but I think KR1 is the other UK listed crypto stock that is definitely worth an investment. You mention they own DOT and they in fact own almost 3.5M of them which at yesterday's high were worth £29M against a market cap of £50M. They also have many other coin holdings and according to other posters KR1 is actually at a discount to NAV, which is ridiculous in this environment. My biggest crypto investment is definitely ARB, but KR1 is the other stock I think is well worth a buy. Sorry for the OT, but I think you guys should take a look if you want even more crypto exposure.

Thanks Anelka. I wish mine offered that service as I'd be more inclined to take a bigger stake. KR1 offers tremendous exposure to a basket of crypto currencies at a tremendous valuation, so I'm surprised we are still at this price. Over 200 comments and nearly 3K trades on ARB so far today. I understand the interest there, but I think the vast majority of investors in that stock would also be interested in this one. A little more exposure and this will fly.

Can any of you use quote and deal to buy this stock? I'm restricted to 'at best' with my broker. Perhaps this is a feature of Aquis.
