Trading of GROW is temporarily halted by London Stock Exchange.

This stock is a joke tbh, I will be dipping as soon as I hit profit. I only ever hear good news out of them yet their share price can't seem to break 6. How do their sales not reflect in the share price? Their partial sell of Revolut netted them £63 million, yet the share holders see nothing of that? I'd have been better off investing in the S&P500 over the last 5 years.

Do you honestly think we will ever see new highs in this? I've been in since 2020 and it's done nothing but bleed.

I am at the stage where I am wondering whether I am just throwing good money after bad. We get good news but the share price barely moves.

Yeah, I mean that is already happening, the last 2+ months of gains are gone.

SMT was my largest holding, I rode the 2020 and 2022 downturns, heavily in the red on SMT but adding consistently (I bought in on a big run-up in 2020).

I finally hit green last last year after 4 years of averaging down and the gains were very nice but with Trump and his tariffs and the general market sentiment atm I see this as a significant downturn, if not a full on crash if he doesn't change course.

My guess is that he will change course before he does hugely significant damage to the US but we shall see.

Trump is killing the market. SMT is a fine investment IMO but like everything it's in for a rough ride over the next few months.

I've been in the red for years on SMT, I recently saw green and that's been eroded away over the past few weeks.

I'm liquidating until this mess is sorted out.

Congrats to you, I am still in the red but have started adding again since it crossed the 200MA.

I truly believe it's going to perform very well and I'd regret not adding more in the future.

It's strange that it's been hovering around that Barclays PT of 7.60 but has not dropped anywhere close to the 6.00 PT from DB.

My average is .80 but I don't think it matters in the grand scheme.

Also, it was a pain to buy the shares I got hold of, you can't really be picky with the price. I set my limit buy at .80 and left it for 2 days.

Hey guys, I have been watching this closely, waiting for a pullback to start adding, but I am curious as to the reason for todays drop.

Yes, I mean the estimated NAV is £41, share price is £21.30. That's almost 50% discount on NAV.

I know everything is struggling at the moment, but I watched this do very well over the last few years and believe it's a bargain if you can get in cheap enough for a long term hold.

Sorry, don't mean to jinx it. Prices tend to do the opposite of what I want them to do anyway so don't be too concerned.

Currently holding and looking to add when the market picks up. I believe GROW will recover nicely just as everything else will once good news comes from the fed.

I'm still personally very bullish on Tesla, I would like SMT to increase their holding but I think they're reluctant to do that.

No problem, it had solid results last year, been down a bit recently but I believe it will perform well again this year.

It's an early investor in up and coming companies, they try to capture the early growth stages.

I hold Scottish Mortgage Trust (SMT) and Molten Ventures (GROW).

I like that GROW invests in companies that SMT doesn't.

I'm playing... just in response to those saying it's a 5 year minimum hold and who cares what the price is today. That doesn't really apply for people who have been in 5+ years and are planning on retiring now :)
