I feel manipulated by social media, they released the chopper news in the paper knowing full well what was gonna happen, then some people in the know got out, massive selling the last couple of weeks sells which could look like buys, you just dont know with the queer spread etc, then it gets dumped down to its TRUE price yesterday and will continue down I recon cos after the placing we are gonna be even worse in the hole. Now safe stocks comes out with a glimmer of hope for us believers that we will be getting bought out for 39p, more manipulation imo, there will be no buy out, we wont see double figures again, I said it a few times now and I should have listened to my gut. Probably because if they have 20% they need to put in an offer and would then be left with the shares or a hostile takeover. I dont think vsi would have accepted 17p either they are very shrewd and can see the value, theyre in t for the long haul

If vsi have more than 20% they must put in an offer to buy us dont they? Or are they just protecting their dilution? This is not a great situation for me personally, further talk of take over prices blah blah, I just hope and pray it happens.

Yes, clearly Ken knew last year that 13p was way to high a share price here to get another placing in. Another billion shares dilution, more huge bonus shares and huge salaries for the boys, come aboard jacky, just take the money and keep your mouth shut or you will end up like mike.
