Ahh altruism.....I feel the need to impart my wisdom to those I feel need it....even though they have not asked for it....lol. well I can reassure you that the vast majority on here have been here many many years, know the risks and are perfectly capable of making decisions and analysing the information for themselves.

Happy, are you invested here? If so then presumably you will be selling, if not then what is your motive for posting?

Some of us have been here a long long time waiting for the board to make progress, a couple of years ago the prospects looked extremely unlikely, but, as I have said before, if they cannot get interest or funding now they never will.

Oil back in the 80s, I wouldnt have predicted that two months ago....interesting times we are living in.

I am contemplating the possibility that the only reason we have not had an rns recently could be that there is a new buyer in town who has not yet reached the 3% threshold.

I think with their cash burn they will still have money to cover a further 12 months extension.... but we will get a better idea with the upcoming 6 month update.

I would imagine with the current potential for new oil and gas development having massively increased and Borders having successfully raised cash to remain solvent, the licence extension at least for a further 12 months would now be a formality

I have to keep telling myself, the difference between now and a year ago could be as night is to day for this stock.

It does drive me nuts...at times.....until you remember that MMs can basically do what they like, lets see what the next update brings, if there ever was a whiff of news it will be double digits in a flash.

One more point, if RKH have lost, as some on here seem to be speculating, then what possible reason for delay.....to me its just not logical.

Speaking for myself I am not surprised not to see an RNS yet, the decision may have been informed late yesterday, if it is an extension it will not really be price sensitive since it doesnt change anything from where we are now, so no onus to rush it out absolutely immediately, I expect to see something today or tomorrow.

If the award is against RKH, I would ask one simple question, what possible reason would there be to extend the deadline, an award against the Italian govt would be news, a government being found not to have broken the law generally is not.
