I'm guessing there is nothing to stop NASDAQ MMs obtaining initial stock From AIM MMs if Co didn't want to issue more shares. There is already a small quantity of stock in the US, on OTC market and no issue was raised for that. That said AGL may choose to issue more if it needed the cash
