you may be right mad. even so the mood is moody and trust is gone until croda delivers. god help sa if there's a whiff of another excuse croda launch is scheduled for 2025 however good the reason. the final hurdle must be the clinical studies, no excuse for delay if the studies confirm scale up findings. we were told to expect the clinical study news in early 2024. the nervy clock ticks loader each passing week without a confidence booster from croda. in the meantime we can expect more convertible bonds and more excessive ******** from tw. all the while sa provides the bullets for his gun. more bonds more whining about them without assurance they are not flipped.

Lord, i agree with you elrico can sometimes be too familiar and should be more professional. A good example can be seen in the contrast his son Alex writes. He is always formal Mr O'Hara rather than Stephen.

I have no issue declaring i often find rns items confusing especially when they are poorly written or over legalistic. My overarching point is why do you and others like oleric and nick persist in attacking someone that is trying to provide a service some people are happy to pay for? There some very smart investors that contribute here that see value in the service. Is your hate or contempt blinding you to the fact he is helping promote our investment to a wider audience. Other than share prophets there is no other outlet actively providing analysis or opinions, be they right or not. Shares mag, IC, Money week, etc, all feature opinions and analysis. Nobody gets it right, period. Anyway, elrico is not providing tips, its purely research and opinions are kept to a min.

Oleric first of all, elrico does not write about opti, Alex and Mike do. Second, elrico, Alex and Mike are perfectly transparent about their financial interest because they are declared before they even write about the company. Third, elrico gave several days warning he was selling his opti shares a long time ago. He even produced a long winded reason for doing so. Btw, he said £5 or 5 years which ever comes first. If we are to trust what his son says, he has been trying to get his dad to buy back. He hasn't yet as far as whats been declared.

I hope those facts help you come to terms with your mental turmoil.

Lord rns reports are written in a legal format and many are so badly written they raise more questions than they answer. There are many publications that require a subscription and all of them feature communications with boards of plcs. They provide a service for people like me that are happy to pay for the service because they save me many hours i do not have because i have a busy lifestyle and badly organised. Additionally, i all of the writers and analysts over me understand any day. So why get hung up on such services if they help with the research and understand, etc? As long as there no rules being broken it should not be a problem. This vendetta you have against elrico is silly. I think i have said this before, i also had a problem with him a few years ago. It was a silly misunderstanding. He reached out to me and we had a talk over the phone. He is a really nice guy with a crap sense of humour. I found him to be very helpful and willing to spend time helping others when he can. He didn't do this because i was paying him because he had a free service back then.

There has been a lot of analysis on the bonds, am very grateful for it because it confuses the hell out of me. Its a 3 year process as i understand it, so why the downer if croda delivers this year? I agree with Alex, the upside far outweighs the down. I think a few investors will regret their panic if we get croda commercial news. However, i understand some people will prefer to keep a watching brief until sbtx buying spree is completed and we know the full cost of the bonds cover for the project.

It remains to be seen if my comments regarding SA weakness are harsh. As far as i am concerned we live in a period where protest groups dictate where companies even advertise, they bow too easily to a tiny minority. In this case, one tight sod grudges paying a poxy £35 for access to someones work. Think about this for a moment. Nick1978 wants free access to the hundreds of hours work for nothing and uses the pretext of the paywall. This a deception. Why do i claim this? I subscribe to SP, IC, Shares and Small Company Watch, and I do mean all, conduct interviews, and they are all subscription services, which means Elric is being targetted by a vengeful, spiteful troll. It is pathetic, and this is why i genuinely feel SA has proved himself a weak CEO. To allow one persons grudge over several months to dictate how he interacts with investors when there are plenty of alternatives is dam weak. As for the mini hitler, Giles, he should be sacked. I wonder what TW will think about his role in this. If i understand it, his SP has no future role in working with SA his subscribers which i am sure will be many 1000s will rely of pathetic proactive or even worse, vox platforms. I repeat, SA is weak. He has demonstrated this with the manner he has dealt with Croda. He should have insisted on some form of upfront given they are more than 2 years late to commercializing the lysate. I prefer the written article because it's easy to make a note of specifics. I do subscribe to lemming investor and small company champs. I value the content, each to his own. These type of publications save me many hours of research I do not have at my disposal. I was frustrated with the delayed update. I wrongly assumed Elric was allowing people to calm down. The truth was far more simple. He needed to specific content contained in his update to fact check with SA. I appreciate this and do not mind waiting for it. Even a CEO on a fat salary has family commitments.

Constantly moaning about only serves to note your bitterness towards someone you do not respect because you have a feud about the guild. I also had an issue with Elric many years ago. How about the confusion around the scale up. Toy in now says they have 20k scale up. It makes sense now because of the enhancements. Yet the rns tells a very different story. Who writes these rns reports. They need sacking. And why do we have a full time cfo when the revenues are barely that of a corner shop? The CFO is earning almost as much as the company is generating.

I can speak of person experience with elrico. We have classhed in the distant past on another site when i was more frequent and new to the forms. We should get confirmation of a dramatic reduction in cash burn every month in November. I think, once again, some investors are looking at the headline cash figure, extracting old money from it and arriving at the incorrect conclusion.
