Yes I too have used the term ‘manipulation’ here, only about a thousand times! I have also referred to their tactic as ‘dump and slump’, a new variant, as our SP never seems to recover. Some day perhaps, GLA.

Well spotted dried grapes, or shall I call you the voice of raisin. Yes they have been using everything, IMO, to cover up their ongoing depressing effect on our SP. Sometimes I think it’s to get the governments remaining 14% on the cheap, when they eventually sell, or perhaps for a takeover by one of their cronies? It’s been going on for a long time in the background.

Can’t agree, oddly enough the most likely outcome, after an election, is a Labour/ Lib coalition! So no Brexit! But have to agree the Gordian knot is getting bigger and it’s global! IMO

Extraordinary 3.20% drop in SP this morning, unique among banks! Nothing to do with Brexit, just old fashioned manipulation.

We already have a 16c drop and it’s not even exdividend. 3% drop! no other bank share near it.

In full flight now dumping cheap shares in Dublin, can’t see SP holding up above the psychological six, hope I'm wrong, a lot of odd movements in Dublin earlier.

I hope so, but they haven’t gone away, we are the only bank in Europe showing red today, earlier the ask price was lower than SP in Dublin, not a good sign. However volumes are low and a bit of demand should change that, keep buying I say!

Thanks for that Observe, Euro banks down about 15% yoy, we are down 26% thanks to whoever this is. However it will come right I expect, as long as there is money to be made, I would buy more now only I have enough exposure here!

If interested parties here look at the daily trading on the main market, ISEQ, there is always one final trade that is equivalent to the entire days trading and it invariably drops the SP, - .5%, quite substantial on an ongoing basis and negates any good news and sets the start for the next day. Can regulars explain this curious ongoing phenomenon? It has bewildered me for a time.
