We have lost 11% here in one week, on average euro banks are down about 2.5%. Not sure how much lower they can take it.

Sp has been under attack for ten days now, worst performing bank share in Europe today, again, this is deliberate, spent half the day with the ask price below the SP, and ends day with offer price above the SP, somebody's enjoying this!

Paddy, Brexit was priced in here many times over, and anyway Brexit will be bad for all banks, also, if anything the mood is changing to remain which should be good for us. IMO, I still say someone is manipulating our SP, probably until the guv sells its 14%, a lot of money to be made, eventually, by depressing the SP by 15%!

Yes torquay, a bad week here, Euro Stoxx banks index up about 2.5% in a week yet BoI is collapsed by 7.5%, someone definitely taking an interest in keeping the our SP down.

Down 22 cents this week from a peak, when all other euro banks were up about 5% or 36 cents equivalent, SP still being phucked over by whoever, stopping it making any recovery. Interesting but not much fun!

Because when I observed that it was about 3pm, not close.

Barely 100k shares sold today between Dublin and London, strange!

It is very interesting the juxtaposition between investors piling in to buy the new BoI bonds and ongoing the battering the SP is being given. Which is the more reliable indicator of the banks true value and strength? And when are people going to see the wood from the trees about the SP manipulation?

By manipulation Radar, as soon as we rise its knocked back, usually under the cover of some external force, this week it was Turkey which genuinely effected other European banks yet we were for two days the worst performing Euro bank share.
Davys €9.50 might be fantasy but at least its positive.

Hard times for European banks today, euro Stoxx down about 3%, but on good volumes we are holding out trend here and put on some weight! Long may it continue and we might see €8 soon, a while since I have been optimistic, GLA.

The market should have a positive reaction to this morning’s results and give investors more faith that Mrs McDonagh can deliver on her ambitious transformation. The headline positives investors will take will be loan growth, cost base reduction, and profitability. Loan growth came on the back of strong performance in new lending with residential mortgages leading the way with 30% yoy growth. The market can take confidence from the operating expense reduction showing management’s ability to deliver a lower cost base. NIM was still slightly below our expectation but in line with guidance as the UK book remains a drag on asset margins. Profitability beat expecta- tion on the back of an €81m impairment gain which may concern investors, however, we see a lot of positives on the balance sheet pointing towards continued improvement in underlying operations. We maintain our Outperform.

Euro zone good news, Stoxx 600 banks up about 2.5% and because we should be up this and more!

There was a consolidation, but beware, all who enter here are doomed!

Despite all the improvements here this share was worth €11 three years ago and now we are at 6.68, a proper bank job indeed!
