SP being taken for a merry ride today, didn’t think they would let it remain above €5 for long, worst performing bank share in the world again today! Looks like another year of the same old same old.

We have had two completely overblown drops, no collapses, of the SP here in a month. One wonders why?

Once again...If you take what’s going on in Uganda with CNOOC, Tullow and Total and their recent agreements over there. Then you take Total( dropping out), APEC (CNOOC), Providence and Tullow and what’s been going on over here. Now mix all that lot together and their many cross connections and I would like to think it’s possible that come January we could well have a new Irish exploration company made up of the latter three companies.
Does this scenario not tie a lot of lose ends together?

Does anyone have an idea why Total would just give drop an asset, that on paper makes PVR actually more valuable?

Not sure who is doing this blatant bit of manipulation under the cover of Brexit chaos. Capital, in trouble in London, have disposed of 20m shares here in the same period that saw the SP go from 6€ to 4€, they still have 30m to play with.

Take nothing for granted with the SP here, I was quite dismayed at various points today to see the SP moving in the opposite direction to the market, in other words, the shorting machine is still turned on. Expect more of the same. However a buy back would be good news now.
