Warran****cher - while the situation is not good as we are run by a load of crooks -i don't agreed that the current RNS is bad news -it wasn't so long ago that this company was hours away from folding .getting a rate of 12% in my humble opinion is a lot better than the old deal which was an interest rate of 18-20% a saving of 840,000 for the year is better than losing 840,000 is it not , while it would of been better to get a deal of say 8% , this simply was not going to happen with the state of the companies past history. look at the share price of Sirius of you think we have a bad deal !!!

the market seems to think it's good news -we are up 9% be happy

while my position has been one of a negiitive stance for the last 6 months ,it would appear that the company is finally delivering on its promises ,well sort of !! we were promised no more dilution ,however the companies strategy seems to be working probably too well ,in the fact it now seems to have more brand advertisers than it has shows ,thus it needs more shows ,and rather than grow slow and steady it has decided to raise more cash to keep up with demand ,and make more in house shows , the fact the the current board are investing 1.3 million in this play speaks volumes ,i an interested in what other shareholders are going to come to the party also i am a little confused that it is raising 2.8 million didn't the last rns say £5 million - either way i think the corner has been well and truly turned the next 6-9 months could be very very good for us shareholders -gl all

hi troutisout and glandore , if my memory serves me (probably not im getting on in years) i though we purchased the shed for 3 million and are spending £2 million getting up to full spec once completed its value would be £9million
either way its a very good deal and investment by MRS.

as for tax is a problem -its a good problem to have t,he more tax its paying the more profit it must be making its a bit a double edge sword is tax, maybe they should phone Amazon or costa up and ask them about how to reduce your tax Bill !!!

afternoon boys and girls , just seen the half yearly report , the market reaction was disappointing, and the drop seems to be the mm and not actual buys v sells , its seems to be recovering slightly this afternoon.the report from my perspective was to be expected ,however the mention of rainfall was a little bit disappointing to see .
key points which i feel need to be pointed out

i think a lot of investors where expecting some sort of miracle figs showing an massive increase in revenue why i don't know what i can draw from the figs are
the company is increasing revenue slowly but more importantly the gross profit for new business is increasing through cost savings and taking on work that has greater margins , if you read between the lines this is a shift in the chasing of previous contracts , what they are saying (well its my take on it) the company is only chasing work which has higher margins and not going after any old work where the margins are very poor .for me i really like this approach
i think some investor would like this company to have a turnover of 100 million but a 10% margin i personally prefer 70 million with a margin of 30% .

the other thing i like is the shed at the end of this year we will have a building that is fully up and running which will of cost 5 million but has an asset value of 9 million i feel people don't understand that while its not money in the bank the net worth of the company will have increased by 4 million !! on one item coupled with the new machinery the actual value of the company will have increased significantly .

profit (before tax)3.5million up from 2.5 million thats a massive increase on only an increase of sales of just 800k(margin increased massively)
cash in the bank up from 50k to 768k
assets 55.5 million up from 38.7million
net assets 14.8 million up from 7million

all of the above points to a company going places and not an aim lifestyle jam tomorrow company

however to give balance the big factor is the amount of debt the company has £19.9 million up from 17.7 last year however this figure is up because for the purchase of equipment , i would also say that this figure is out for date as the company has been paying back the loans with profits the company has been making but its what on the balance sheet so for now it is what we have

if you are investing for a quick profit then i suggest you go and find another company if you are investing in a company that is increasing turnover , making increasing profit ,increasing margins and will decrease it's debt then please invest this stock is not for short term holders the true worth will shine through but its going to be a slow process

jetsetwilly- for the record i have been invested off and on for four years ,at present i am not invested ,however i am looking to reinvest again if the management can prove to me that their business model is working .i understand that you need money to expand the business and the importance of land grabbing ,i'm sorry if it appears i am moaning but the facts speak for themselves . promises of profit for the last two years ,promises of no more dilution ,you say that the company is not losing, based on what !!! that fact that they said xmas three month was break even does not account for the other 9 months of the year you seem to forget the end of year figs a loss of $5.2 million and thats not forgot the £6 million raised last year . your statement that companies come to aim to raise cash and grow beggars belief , yes they come to aim to raise cash to start up -not four years later and still have cap in hand , at what point do you say its failing 3/4/5/6/7 years at what point do you say i think this is not working .

and for saying harping on about profit - are you mad -thats the whole point of investing in an aim company to invest when its not making profit that then it makes profit and the share price goes upward and we make money whats actually happened is the company is losing far more money than it ever did and the share price lets not forget is 90% down from 5 years ago !!!! so don't talk to me about profit not mattering its the only thing that matters on AIM.

ok iv re-read the rns and after reading it about four times i think the wording is totally misleading , what i think it actually says is that after 8 weeks they can forecast for the end of year and that revenues will beat last year not as i read it the first time and in 8 weeks there revenue has beat last year -hmmmm big difference so projected revenue for the year is up ,but its not whats in the rns that worries me - PROFIT or the lack of ,so in short the company is increasing revenue but is still losing money -well theres a surprise -NOT !!!

13% up today ,people are barking mad ,at no point has the company forecast what the profit will be for EOY you know why because there isn't any !!!!

i hate to say i told you so ...but the only thing that amazes me is how the fk the share price is up there is something very wrong here, in all my time and thats over 25 years investing i have never seen a 10%+ rise on the back of a share dilution , how can people be happy to pay 2p a share when the dilution price is 1.3p absolute madness .the company has lied the the shareholders ,do you lot not remember they absolutely promised there would be no dilution so much of turning the corner also in the small print at the bottom of the rns it has lowered the warrant options price so if they hit the new lower targets the board of directors can all make a nice little earner .

the only thing that is positive is its stating revenue is massively up turnover in 8 weeks more than the total of last year
i find is unbelievable if this is true then the end of year revenue could be over £30 million how is this possible and why have they not rns this stating how they have achieved this turnaround -something is not adding up

i don't understand if they are increasing revenue by 600% how the fk do they need to do dilution surley if things are so great why not get a short term loan ,overdraft to cover the expansion - on one hand the share price looks a bargin on the other there is something very wrong here - gl luck all

losingless- i love your outlook on life sir, but not being invested is not a big risk ,i would rather derisk my investment yes the rewards may be less but the losses are also less,will wait for this to show me the money and that it has a viable model ,yes i will have to pay for that in terms of the share price being higher but the downside will be much less .
if you want examples for shares in the last three months where the perceived worth of a company was far higher than its true worth look no further than Haydale shares down 78% on one rns today and down 98% over a year a company that was valued at £1.20 a share a year ago now 3p or vast down 70% from 80p to 18p or xtract from 5p to 0.8 ,what do all these companies have in common -that they are not making money they are all losing money and all have promised over the last couple of years that it will make money -sound familiar !!!
good luck losingless a the moment if you have brough in on the lows it would seem that you are well up -my advise bank some profit and have a free ride on the rest .

arborman - i feel your pain at your loses and i hope you are right that break even or a modest profit can be shown for the last three months gl m8 i must admit your 10p sell point used to be my sell point but that was many years ago !!!

i have been invested in this company off and on for about 4 years now -at present im not invested ,and in my posts for the last 6-9 months have been very critical of the performance of this company and very sceptical of the promises made by the management with missed targets ,promises of profit ,however i have alway maintained that if they could keep the wheels turning they will eventually come good ,i congratulate all the investors that have brought in at the lows of last couple of months as i think it was a real gamble to do so ,however like Gunner2611 the next few months are going the be massive as to weather this share rockets back up the 3/4p price range or if another placement occurs and nose dives it back and below 1p . the next set of figures will decide which way it goes ,if the company can show it is making a profit or at least showing break even for the three months then i think it will be a good long term investment as i stated previously showing break even for xmas was all fine and dandy but there are 12 months in a balance sheet !!! .the true worth of a company is not how people view it at any given moment in time but what it is actually worth in that moment in time .at present i think the true worth of the company is 1p a share and peoples view it at 1.4 hence the share price ,however if the company announces that it is breaking even or by some miracle showing a profit then the true worth would increase as would its perceived worth ,the opposite will be true if a placement occurs.so place your bets sub 1p or 3/4p as Losingless says things are getting interesting !!!

for me i'm waiting till the perceived worth is less that the true worth before investing

conrad02 -im afaird its a catch 22 problem the mm make money obviously by trading a stock if the stock is traded a lot say lloyds shares which have 1000's of trades per day then the spread can be very small as the mm is happy to make a small profit the difference between the spread but because he's trading 1000's of trades he is happy to make lots of small profit on each trade ,because this share is not being traded well maybe 2-3 trades a day the mm has to make lot more money per trade for it to be worth his while ,thus catch 22 the less trades the bigger the spread , coupled with the fact that he doesn't want to be left holding loads of an aim share if he gets a big sell and then can't of load it , thus its why you see aim shares with big spreads then when theres a furry of buys and sells the spread tends to get smaller -hope this answers your question

While the RNS would suggest a turnaround in the fortunes of the company - im afraid it doesn't we were told that we would achieve break even this year , and for that matter last year and the year before .stating that we broke even in the last three months suggest that we will break even for the next year is a bit like a gambler saying he was up on the week , yes but what about the last 51 weeks !!! we have a loss of 5.2 million plus the cost of the failed triton deal ,funny how they don't know what the cost of that is !!! or are to afraid to put it in the RNS ,the latter me thinks.

however saying all of the above i do notice one important piece of data that is a real positive ,that fact the return on revenue per 1000 listeners is up by a massive 36% however its funny that then didn't state how many listeners we had this year compared to last,nor how many paid subscribers we had compared to last year.

for now i will need proof that the model is working for 12 months of the year and not just for xmas -remember for the past 3 years the last 3 months figures have always been the highest and best of the year ,its a bit like a retail shop saying xmas was our best three months of the year -well obviously !!!

so for now i will wait for this company to prove that it is making money before i invest anymore .i notice that it has 1.6 million in the bank so if it can't break even in the next 6 months its going to be placing ahoy !!! again i assume this based on a loss of 370,000 per month based on last years figures that is to say 9 months it's loss was 5.2 million as the next three months it didn't lose anything so 9 into 5.2million is 577,777 minus 36% in increased margin and i have hoped the company has increased its profitability thus 300,000 per month loss which is appox 6 months before it runs out of money. if the company can avoid a placement this year it will go a long way to restoring faith in this company and maybe ,just maybe the light at the end of the tunnel may become a little brighter

Great post MasterRSI -nice to see someone using their keyboard for something else other than spouting crap ,i have to say though that being invested in this for over 4 years ,it is funny to see people moaning that the profit figure may be less than the company is predicting , the last time i saw this company making a profit my hair wasn't grey !!! .
yes i agree that the share price is woefully low but this is down to the debt and the cost of financing it . if the company can get this sorted then this will fly only 5 weeks till the next set of figures .hopefully we will have news of nomad and debt restructure.good luck all -it could be worst you could be invested in vast !!

While greenhills post's have somewhat taken a different slant from his posting of a few months ago , one can't argue with the total decimation of the share price and the constant selling by not only small shareholders but that of the big shareholders, and given its past history thing may not be all that they seem , until the nomad and finance are sorted the share price may well still have further to fall , however there is HOPE , i invested in a similar company last year where the nomad was given some nice holiday time ( committed fraud) and as deadline day for getting another got closer and closer the share price nosed dived just like this one ,i took a gamble and bought a few at 27p. the Nomad got sorted with days to spare ,and the share price over the next 12 months peaked at £1.89 its now at £1.20 so fear not my fellow investors all is not lost -this time next year Rodney !!

i take your point jonny_five , but i thought the roasting was a little harsh ,and to be fair don't we all have our own agendas ,mine is to try and make some bloody money !!! my portfolio at the minute looks like a car crash , the whole market looks like its the end of the world , i think once brexit is out of the way ,market confidence will return and hopefully investors will start to look at the bigger picture regarding this company at the minute people are scared of the unknown and are panic selling , not just in this share but across the whole market.

Are you on crack in4cedros nomads are like fuc@@@ing parasites that live off sucking the blood of a company they don't give a flying fk on whether our balance sheet is good or bad but only how can they screw shareholders out of there hard earned money - think of all the employee at mrs that have just brought into mrs in the last share scheme at an inflated price do you think the nomad lost money on that deal -err no, a nomads job is to make the company look good spin bad news and to raise money while skimming off the top if you think nomad 's are jolly good fellows you need to sell your shares and get hell off AIM ,more nomad's have been prosecuted for misleading shareholders than there are sheep in aus .so getting a blood sucking leach will not be a problem trust me .
as for shocks in the next few months ,it would not surprise me considering the past history of the company , was not the audited results a little shock we where told we where going to hit target 2.0eps and low and behold we missed it with a nice spin of exchange rates and paying too much tax i wonder who helped write that little spin err let me guess the nomad !!!!

Gunner2611 - you are spot on regarding my take on the company ,and also i totally agree that AON is the end game , i think that producing their own content is the way to go as the gross margins are far better than using other peoples content ,however i do agree that they shouldn't let this slip as this is still main revenue stream of money coming in to audio boom . i would also like to see an update on how we are doing with the podcasts in other countries such as india as i feel entering this market could be even better than the one in the US , remember india had a population of just under 1.3 billion people i do remember some mention of a cricket podcast a while back , but there seems to be no mention of this for a while.
lucretius- thank you for your response ,i think we can both agree we all want boom to to well ,but wish the board can be a little more forthcoming and honest about the state of the company gl m8 and all shareholders after all we are all here to try and make money .
