Since 31/03 until 24/07 they increased the cash reserves from 1.73 to 2.1 bilion Euro. Profit is important, but FCF gives you another important index of the business.

In short there was a major client loss last year, weakened financial outlook, internal leadership changes (Ceo retired), Mach49 scandal and slow growth expectations. And yesterday shorters and some offloading holders depressed the SP to this level.

Well if they could sell 20-25m Ebit for 200m, it would be a good deal considering they are valued 4xEbit today.

I guess they still can make at least 70m operating profit this year and hopefully the massive earnout liability will disappear. Considering the market cap right now, it is grossly undervalued.

Frank, I think they have announced not to fly to Tel-Aviv and to Amman until the 20th of September. I guess they could use that capacity somewhere else too.
