The half-year report says Love2Shop generated £17.5m revenue in H12024. According to the last Apprecaite Group' half-year report their revenue was £38.7m in H12022. Why is the big difference? Could anybody shed some light on it?

Appreciate Groups' acquisition was 6.2xEBIDTA of 2022. How was that overpaid? May be not a tenner but 7-8 should be on the cards. The 7-8 percent divi will be attractive when interest rates start to fall.

Does somebody have an idea why is there no director's buy even at all-time low SP? That would boost confidence a little bit, but we cant see any.

Well, these words are from their half year results. I agree this is cheap, but may be this has some impact on the SP too. And the strong dollar, high interest and inflation are not very helpful.

However, the current economic and market conditions make it difficult to assess the likelihood of further debt covenant breaches and whether the waivers necessary to avoid the immediate repayment of debt or further extension of loan terms will be forthcoming. As a result, senior management and the Directors have concluded that this represents a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt over the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. Nevertheless, given the historical and continuing support received from lenders regarding these particular covenant breaches and based on continued improved operating performance in most markets, the Group has a reasonable expectation that it will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence throughout the Going Concern assessment period.

How much does it worth? Last year they made circa 70m underlying operating profit in the US. EBIDTA should be around 120m-140m? I dont know. What is the multiple they would accept to sell it?

Could somebody explain the discrepancy between the net debt (110m) and the total liabilities at the end of 2022 (664-452-642=-430m) ? Thank you.

I keep the faith. I invest on my ISA so I have to stick to the UK market mainly. And 777 is a a good sign anyway.

Jeffrey, this market can be very cruel. Unjustified drop on low volumes today imo. The UK market is in freefall or has been stagnating for 2 years now. Covid, war, inflation and high interest rates kill the shares. But tide should turn eventually. Considering the macro the company is doing well. The AUM is the same as 18 month ago when the SP was around 8-10. The sentiment and liquidity are horrible though.

US funds fund value here even at a higher entry point. Adjusted operating profit will be almost 100m. What is this nonsense about this year's loss would absorb the remaining equity?
