I am wondering who picked up the approx. 2.2 million shares.

I am overweight here now, but I would add more if I would have more funds. this year should be much better, director bought recently at this level, market leader position. Concern is the lack of interest and massive selling right now. GL

Indeed, excellent flow of news has been coming recently, what is not to like here.

I found this research this morning, but is is more than a year old. The interesting part is the valuation of the company for me.

"We detailed our valuation approaches and sensitivities in our initiation note of 2 February 2017, Bringing home collect into the 21st century. The range in absolute valuation methodologies is now 167p to 197p (unchanged). Superior medium-term growth from new businesses provides further upside potential."

Things has changed obviously, but IMO after the pandemic we are in an even stronger position (Provident out, Digital implemented).

I would not be surprised if he would have bought the another 250k for his wife. But it is just pure speculation based on my trading customs.

They say digital division will be breakeven this year. if my understanding is correct that means that f23 profit will be higher with the disappearing loss, approx 9m?

Less than 0,004 percentage of the issued shares have been traded during the day, approx 90 sellers (or less). i dont think this would represent a general market view. The fall seems high though, but the yesterday's last trade (40 shares?) pushed the opening price to 63.4. Without that trade it would have opened at 61. 1 pence fall today.

I would say the filling boots. Out of curiosity I have just asked a quote for selling 56,000 shares and in a second an offer came at 58,25. There is a demand for this share today. Sometimes it is hard to sell even 2,000 shares. The price movement is suspicious especcially with this tiny trades. Btw i did not sell any.

What do you think, will we hear any traiding update too?

Hopefully we will be there. At Xmas I would be very happy reaching the 2017's first broker target. Fingers crossed.

If PFG is out, MCL will be No1 on this market. More opportunities ahead, larger marketshare. Even during pandemic they traded profitably and paid some dividend. If the keep on responsible lending and if they can keep cmc-s at bay, the future is bright.
