Updated list of major shareholders on Morses website (16th of May). Amati is selling out, but other's holdings has not change at all (HL, Interactive increased a bit). Positive stuff imo.

Actually there wasnt any specific date for results in the last update. Personally I doubt they would hire so many IT guys for Shelby if they would be in big trouble. Claims number is a relief for me too. But wtfik.

I have checked this report almost every day and until yesterday the first half numbers were presented. Amati is selling, but I think they bought in around 32p in november 2020.

Complaints opened: 7972 (H1: 10214), closed: 7174 (H1: 11731), percentage upheld: 45% (H1: 20%).
It does not look too bad for me. I guess better to upheld some complaints than to send them to the ombudsman and pay the hefty fee. I would not bury them yet.

2 new positions at Shelby Finance today, 5 job ads in the last 7 days. They hire people 'for transformational change' across the brand. A new director is the head of Strategic Change. I look forward to see what is going on.

There was another promoted ad under the job section that was posted at the beginning of April.

From the LinkedIn of Morses Club the job ad of complaint's officer was taken off this week, hopefully that means the can cope with claims. If they do, this price is a gift. Shelby Finance was recruiting actively btw.

Unfortunately is drops on very low volumes. Cash should be enough for the next two years (according to a seeking alpha article). Hopefully revenues start to accelerate and some catalysts will reverse the trend soon. This valuation does not reflect the potential of Renx imho.

The company has updated the list of major shareholders today. As 27 April 2022: Amati decreased (from 6,36 to 5,27), Hargreaves Lansdown increased (from 5,25 to 5,54), Interactive Investor increased (from 3,22 to 3,96). Premier Miton (12,32), JO Hambro (7,68), Janus Henderson (4,24) are the same.

I compared the major holders on the company website (31.03.22) with the data from the marketscreeener and it seems to me that JO Hambro decreased and Amati increased its position lately. Premier Miton's (second largest holder) holding has not changed.
