Got a good amount of steam behind the rise today.
Could see a generous raise again tomorrow, as it has
been quiet for so long. Still lots of problems to sort out,
before drilling next Spring. Volume of trades still quite
small.

There is a degree of wishful thinking here, that the news will be good. Hope so.

For other section permits would have to be initiated or renewed.
Am unsure of local issues being a problem in other areas.

We have found oil in Heron-1 - true
but if the Land Use Issue is not resolved
in our favor we will never get to extract
the oil. Having the EL will give us the - opportunity
to explore in Section V or elsewhere - but that still
leaves us searching for funding this Winter.
