Well - yes it would certainly benefit MATD if the elections were postponed.
I guess a decision will have to be made soon.
As to whether the equipment and personnel could be in place to facilitate the Heron-1 oil production this year, even if Exploitation Licence is granted, is a question.
With the Licence this year but no new drilling on Heron-2 would mean an adjustment to my previous prediction of 12p by year-end.
Certainly Licence would yield SP of at least 6p+
Full drilling program in 2021 would see us closer to 20p+
