So some of you would prefer vaccine passports and a smaller amount of people being able to travel on may 17th compared to everyone being able to travel on May 17th?

Charts usually follow trends in periods of no news! At the moment trying to predict this is pretty pointless! The shares dipped last time due to world news(new strains etc)
If we had some news like the SA variant is immune to the vaccine the price would drop and people like geng would say it’s just following the predicted chart! Then blueboy would chirp up saying geng got it right again! The reality is far different!

If charts followed this pattern all the time people like geng wouldn’t be posting on a chat board as they’d be a billionaire by now!
No one actually knows and I laugh at these nailed on prices people give! According to some RDS and BP should of been 5% lower by today.

We could also be 3 months away from a normalish world... and as positive news streams through about vaccines this share is only going up!
I do like reading posts from desperate traders scared of seeing profit, most recently have missed the big unexpected rises and disappear soon! I’m just over 300% up on my leveraged position and couldn’t give one if it dipped! All I know is I’ll have a lot of money come the summer without even worrying about dipping in or out.
Levis why do we need luck? Shell made money when oil was in the late 30s? They’re not going to be losing much now are they!... haha sounds like you need the luck.

Jay just look at oil usage for the last 20 years and it’s steady increase with no sign of slowing until Covid! Some think this will trigger a big change but I believe it’s just wishful thinking by a few(who get heard the most)
Look at China’s increase in oil consumption, its doubled in 14 years which is absolute madness! This is not suddenly going to change! Populations increasing and other countries developing will still push oil up! Shell made money in the third quarter despite oil being rock bottom! Just hold on, the divi will increase and so will the stock! We only get these chances every 5 mostly 10 years so make the most of it!

New strains have been found multiple times over the last 6 months and the market was spooked for about 10minutes last week when the Gov announced it along side the number of infections increasing in London. Basically infections increased faster in London due to them having less restrictions and they paired this with the ‘new strain’ to try and keep people in check over the winter months!
All that matters for oil is the vaccination programme and as things stand nothing will change that time scale. The only thing a new infectious strain will do is speed things along!... Also even Whitty said usually new strains are less severe but that was soon hushed by the media and himself as the whole point of last weeks announcement was to scare people into being sensible over the next few months.

There’s already been several strains of this current virus! Even the WHO admitted that... Weird how the Gov wanted to make such a big issue about this when it’s not at all! Cases have risen in London like any Flu would due to them having less restrictions, pretty simple really.
The Flu vaccine only needs changing slightly to make it as effective as possible! An old flu vaccine would still be effective just not as many %. They will have to adjust the covid vaccine as time goes on but none of this is abnormal in the slightest!

The ‘crash’ was Friday! That’s when the bed wetters jumped out! After the Brexit referendum the ftse hit new heights shortly after despite the media trying to destroy us! Apparently the big banks were going to leave London the ‘experts’ told us(the specific ones the media use as it suits their agenda) 4 years later(reality)they’ve increased staff and size overall. I feel bad for anyone who gets sucked in and is pressured by daily share movements and media BS.

Yeah... good luck with that after that opening! These are still very cheap and the moment the USA gets vaccine approval everything will move on again!

History will decide if Brexit was a good idea! Not next year! This will hurt some in the near future but it’s a shortsighted view to judge on that! I feel for everyone who suffers but that’s life!
The fact you say, ‘tell me one good thing that will come from Brexit’ says to me you’re very short sighted and only thinking about yourself(which is natural I guess) but still you sound like the typical remainer only thinking about your cushy life! Wake up! Many will benefit from a hard exit!

It seems pretty clear that both sides want a deal as if they didn’t it would be over by now! A Brexit deal is definitely not priced in either just like the vaccines wernt even though it was inevitable it was going to happen. I would rather be in than out!

The big investors will be the ones holding for a few years and do not give one about a small drop of 5% when it’s risen almost 100% in a month! This is just the beginning still! Investors tend to invest for awhile...
I can’t believe what I read on here, just keep your money in and stop looking at the daily movement! It’s like people are scared of seeing a profit! Great opportunities everywhere but they will only be life changing if you be patient!

Indeed! Since the rights issue this has been a simple buy and hold! All the rest is noise from traders/gamblers trying to make a few more percent than a investor! Sometimes it pays off others it goes wrong spectacularly! I suspect a few of the posters bragging about their trades between 90-110 missed out on the big rise!

91jonmo. Have you read his posts?... all that matters is what you personally think! If I thought the Max price here was 40-50 I would of been out for sure by now! Why take the risk! If this poster is actually still invested then he clearly thinks there’s more value.
Also he keeps going on about the market values this at 30p so it will be around this price... I read this same nonsense when the share was 2p! Coincidentally the person who kept saying this is still invested here!... you can’t make it up can you!

If I truly believed 40-50p was the maximum value I was going to get here I would of sold out at 38p! This is where I don’t understand these people! There is clearly something more keeping them here!
Probably best to take it all with a pinch of salt I’d say, could just be someone on a wind up, given the time here I expect it is.
