A recent update in a Charles Archer post put the following (adjusted to last nights share prices):

WCE - UFO Share Value A$8m NAV A$40.8m - Total A$49m

GRE - UFO Share Value A$6.1m NAV A$15.1m - Total A$21.2m

Therefore A$69.9M - £35.4M

Great to see after a few months of consolidation. Bruce + Silver assays from Canada this week are I'm guessingthe driving force. Now if he was to print a mining plan....then who knows what could happen......just sayin'......

DRB - Spot on, I was probably being a bit tongue in cheek due to the continuous stream of negative thoughts and conspiracy theories. But you are right, we have I think, found the support level and after a period of consolidation started the upwards channel. And whether or not you are a LTH languishing on losses or a recent entrant the trajectory now due to the converging features (silver and PGM prices / stability of project advancement / management changes) will now make some movement upwards. How that affect the individual is down to the risk appetite and approach they took while the SP was at the bottom.

I believe that Bruce is a real win and since he came about has been a real driving force on WCE with the good news flow, real boots on the ground activity and the market respect. He will be the reason Alien now goes up the value curve, he's a do-er and gets stuff done. I'm looking forward to the first activities report from him and regular comms to keep the market informed, by our very own CA of course.

I know there will be thoughts around how he will model the companies, and how past management have come and gone. But the water is now a long way under that bridge, the ship has sailed and its time to put some positive energy behind Bruce and give him the benefit for the next 12 months. After all, whats the worse that could happen? Our money is in the pot anyway? May as well support the guy and the company and see where it goes. The market since December 12 seem to think that way to with the 78% rise in the SP.

Beakers, last update on this was around late summer 25 when Chris the General mining manager went to view the facility and confirmed. But it’s been a long time since the original Mou. That said, I guess we would only loose the ability to deposit if the port was at or over capacity.

DRB - Worth noting that the NT for E47/5159 (access road) just closed its NT advertising period on the 22/12. Based upon the last NT processes, it should become "live" on or around 22/1. Therefore (in my view) any deal would not get ink on the page until that critical piece of the jigsaw is in place - critical because without it the granted mine site (M47/3954) cannot move its product to the highway. This would also appear to be "delay", but would be good prudent practice.

do you have a notional value for han**** - as it sits today? i guess there are valuations for the extra mt and rate of extraction which can hype things up, but i'm looking for the realistic base value today.

I'm hoping that along with the raise coming along, Bruce takes the opportunity to lay down the roadmap to a mine. To convince big money in he has to tell a story. This really will be explosive stuff with the Canadian QA checks due in January - confirming MOFO bonanza+++ grades on an existing mine with the commodity now at 15* the price it was last open. More silver, better prices, joined up processing sorted, market squeeze, users buying mines / processors direct to protect supply - sounds like a perfect storm to do a deal and get stuff out the ground very shortly.

its getting harder to call. my estimates are we have currently £25m across gre / wce, our m/c is £16m. + han****. needs a clever person familiar with working up valuations / sentiment / risk to put the tail on that donkey. right now, .25 -.30 would feel right to me, + 20% on good results from canada, more on good results from gre + a han**** deal getting close? who know what the purpose of tonight's release from wce could be....someone estimated 1.5m of 6m spent to november on drilling, so i cant yet see what this might be about. runway was good into mid/ late 2026 from memory. it will all be come clear before 2/1.

GTMUFO........and this is what will drive the price up. A lot of news around silver price, PGMs soaring, Aussies chattering on their side of the world about wanting to get on board the mother ship UFO to take advantage of ALL projects - and not forgetting the iron ore which will follow a similar route and be mined almost immediately.

Incredible opportunity now, that I got into about 4 years too early, but glad I sat on my hands as 2206 is going to be phenomenal

another good night for wce, up 4.3% /.245 at close, but had bounced of .26 great 3* volume again showing real interest. silver just below last nights ath of 70 pulling back to 69.4, greentech 5* normal volume overnight up 15%. ufo han**** access road tenement (5158) nt advertising period closed yesterday and we saw a tr1 showing 3.7% purchase interest in the stock. combined % value in wce/gre now at £22m excluding han**** valuation, m/c just £9.2m
