The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Chris2 It very much depends upon your timeframes.
Anyone buying into this share having done any basic research must know that mines and extracting value come over many years of development. I see timescales in the medium term....i.e c5 years-ish and unless an investor is VERY lucky (and it is luck) then virtually no-one catches the value curve in exactly the right spot. Us LTH's, in many cases around for years, are here waiting for the cycle to start.
I get the frustration, but taking it out on others (repeating myself) doesn't look good.
Very bitter Chris2 - take some time away to nurse those paper losses - they will be a lot less in a few months time. Personal attacks say more about your state of mind than the information / persons you are criticizing - it doesn't look good mate.
Posting news with a source isn't ramping - its posting news.
i found the interview very good, troy is obviously seasoned and a good communicator answering the questions (even the difficult share chart ones) succinctly. finance is interesting as we know they have cash to q2 '24. after that they are looking at committing financing options for han**** everything else backbuner...at least that's how i read it?
my take : dfs / inventory upgrade end of year / partnership hoterms drafted by end '23.
bod decision, financing, permit, full partnership agreement q1/2 '24.
but wtfdikdyor
Wolfy - Agreed - I am a skeptical as the next man on what anyone says, when that has an impact on their own benefits. I was just asking for the data / link to support your statement :
"You could have commented on BHP iron ore drop in sales for the last 4 months and the fact there iron ore from the pilabra region is just sitting in a dock in China waiting to be sold"
I'm looking for the sale drop (I'm assuming March to July) and the increased stockpiles data, because what I've found doesn't support the statement? Just trying to have all info in front of me....
Cheers
Hi Wolfy - can you point me to the inventory balances increasing in surplus in China please? I've just re-read the BHP 6 month report (August 22nd) and although they elude it could happen, on balance they thought it would stay level. Always interested in more data. Thanks
"We anticipate a broadly balanced iron ore market on average across the 2023 calendar year, although there are multiple uncertainties feeding into that assessment, most notably the breadth, severity and timing of mandatory steel cuts in China, a point on which it is disingenuous to hold a high conviction position. Should we see an abrupt slowdown in production, port stocks in China would certainty increase through the period when production is curtailed."

Agreed....
Kiran Hudson (Commercial Manager at Maramara - the Aboriginal Civils Co)
"Great stuff Bernard O'Sullivan, Looking forward to working with you on this one" Bernard is Business Development Manager - Rapid Crushing Group and General Manager - Dams at Rapid.
Seems to me the teams that know each other are looking forward to the project coming to life. Good signs....
Agreed D3X, informed decisions are made with all of the facts on the table. We, despite our frustrations, don't have all of the information as much would be commercially confidential or work in progress.
The facts are in the presentation, DSO in the ground being prepared to mine, historic silver mine infrastructure in place being explored. other interesting metals in mid stage development. This is why I'm invested, not the laughable hype and screaming de-ramping on this board - -this is purely entertainment to pass the time!!!

Great tone as well as the content within this RNS. Hopefully a firm roadmap is now in place allowing the BOD to reduce dependency on debt funding. It also seems they have been listening /reading the feedback on comm's and are making some changes to that. Naïve? Hopefully not. Hopeful and invested? Definitely
Solid appointments and confirmation. Incentives to succeed and drive the company growth giving shareholder value.
Yesterday, clarification of the processes to extraction with a timeline.
Earlier this week, potential increase in DSO.
So, most questions now answered. Material, route to market and the right team to do it.
I for one am very happy with my investment here.
I notice that there are a couple of messages on their FB page relating to funerals. I would imagine that these would be having an effect on meetings and processing information.

And...and this just proves why one should never take advice or put any more than casual observation over anything anyone says on a bulletin board - even when spoken with authority !!!!.
"Bill says whatever he likes, share price goes down... Then his promises don't materialise... Share price goes down... Then he says something else.. share price goes down... Then that promise doesn't materialise ... Rinse and repeat .. I'm sure he's not doing as badly as us out of it tho!"
