Why does everyone think we are involved in F1?? there has been no official news to confirm this has there? its just speculation from the rampers to dress it up as lamb.
There is no way on earth the current/historic long term loyal sponsors of F1 would allow fluid advertising to other brands when they are shelling out millions in the real world, adverts will be hard coded for existing sponsors, just like any other real world sport event would be, the masters, wimbledon, grand national, F1 etc, it will be the governing body that allows the developers to use the F1 brand and so i am sure that those guys will be blocking the idea and not let their already massive sponsorship deals and structures be compromised by bidstack.

Does anyone think there is any credence in a Bou reverse merger with an arm of val, like valiseek or part or all of the seekacure group. if we are no longer listed then are we not the private company that will become listed via merging with part of an already listed company? or am i overthinking this?. I know bids sponsor a kit in fifa but thats twisting it to say they officially offer advertising space in fifa 2021. stick with the facts man. Still waiting on new game deals. big question, why is it taking so long....still think its trying to sell snow to eskimos. the developers will offer there own space they don't need a middle man, they invent the game the code the spaces, you all say their tech is great!! it is nothing that and of their own in house coders cant write.
Middle men are being cut out of all possible industries all over the world and this is a middle man company trying desperately to create a door to get in, idea sounds cute on paper but cant see anything that wont be done by the developers themselves

The only two on that list that will get this going up and staying up is; iab certification and revenue. some numbers even if a forecast are due here soon, seems people are getting spooked as they may still not be in profit yet, and we know how the mms love to hammer a share price based on poor figures, especially bids it would appear.

He would of been wanting a leap in s.p to raise off, now it’s slumped yet again the rock will be approaching very fast.

I’ve still thought of buying in here but the nagging in my head can’t ignore the fact that this is just tech trying to be sold to the people that make the tech, in a world where people are cutting out the middle man I feel that this is why deals are falling through. If the game developer wants ads in then they would make that decision in a meeting and build the coding in at point of development themselves. Not retrospectively through someone else.Feels like they are trying to sell yellow snow to the Eskimos.

True Jonny a placing is not always a bad thing, as with a risky start up there will be a discount, and mm's will drop it regardless of any of our views. Everyone knows that.

The problem I can see here is (other than lack of new deals obviously) is that the pre christmas update stating
'h2 revenues are not considerable" is planted in cautious/savvy investors heads, knowing that the details of this need to be officially released q1/q2, we all know aim and you can say its priced in, but when thats released there will be the inevitable drop in price and thats the buying opp people are waiting for. J.d seems to like cornering himself.

Bang on Girdz, that's clear reality thinking right there. These's games are entering into this agreement because they need the extra revenue, bottom line is triple AAA games don't need extra revenue and so wouldn't risk losing appeal to fans. (you can rule out fortnite or fifa without a doubt)
Course I could be wrong, happy to be wrong, i would invest if i am wrong, but not before for me.

The likelihood of J.d landing a triple AAA game is zero in my opinion. This company is beginning to look like a one game pony, as previously expressed you can have all the 'potential/up to revenue' around but if there isn't an expansion of game inventory then its useless.
I've heard lots of talk about viewers of gaming via twitch.tv and the like, so have been studying it, do you realise how few people view people playing fm2020, 6-15 if lucky. its not exactly and enthralling game to spectate.
J.D obviously is doing everything he can to grow his baby bidstack, unfortunately that includes lying, hyping, promising and blind hope that one of the game developers that he's been pestering says yes to a heavily weighted deal in their favour, all this with whilst cashing in chips asap. Past is the truth, future is guesswork by all, but looks bleak to me.

Cheers for input anyway, i am inclined to agree with Helx on this point that the deal is with Dentsu, J.d would surely be wanting to shout about a new interested party if it was the case, however! I dont think it because he's a mug artist rather just trying to please all and get the company off the ground. I'm still 50/50 not bought back in just yet myself.

Does anyone think there is a possibility that Dentsu were planning on buying bidstack at a nominal price above an average s.p, but as the share price slide the price was deemed by the bod no to be fair value.
Its just a thought as J.d has alluded to bids ultimately being a target for a takeover a while back.
And maybe dentsu threw them a bone by way of the 10mil deal in order to prove the formula can work before proceeding with a takeover. Thoughts please.
