I’m waiting for a statement re ea takeover of code master, one has to come, even if it states business as usual re current titles, then that’s a biggie as the contract will be with ea, and who knows what future that could bring. There is however a flip side to that scenario. Either way a statement must be released regarding those contracts.

Anyone had any communications from Tim lately?
This is starting to get very depressing.

Rooblertwo, please cut Neil in some slack, it was I who proposed him to be our spokesperson, a voice for us, you included. He seems to be the most knowledgeable and competent person. I am outraged as much as you about the timing, so thought it best to get one loud voice together rather than us all, as they will not want to deal with individually. I have had double digit communications with Tim as recently as last week.
Please try to temper it as we seem to have a voice and if you start getting at him he would be well within his rights to just not bother, just when we seem to have our voice being heard.

chriszzr, please explain how an update on progression would scare off the target, it sounds like hogwash to me.
If my company were the target and I saw that my potential holders who will be initially giving me liquidity we’re being kept happy via non sensitive communication, then it would do nothing other than make me want to proceed.

I cannot see the chain of events between having communication with your shareholders and a potential target walking, as long as no sensitive info is shared then It can do nothing but convince the target that they will have loyal followers, shareholders that respect their chairman and ceo. Surely learning of the contempt they have for their holders will make them think twice before completing the deal. I say let’s get Neil talking to Allan and if he is convinced then that’s good enough for me.

Rns on 31st May 2019 states the company share capital as 12,408,442,260
So 5% of that needed to force a meeting works out at 620,442,113.
I am in with my 48mil anyone else want to offer in from now and let’s keep a tally.
I might also suggest that if neilin were to oblige we will need a private contact email address where we can submit our details officially. Holders numbers and names etc.
Also do you think to form a collective we need some type of name?

TWenty four, what we initially want is communication of substance, if we had that then I’m sure all would lay down their arms. But the bod don’t give a flying one and refuse to give even a snippet of info. Which country is the company based, how many employees it has? Which market they are trying to re list on. They can do any of this and more without harming the deal, but they won’t, either don’t care or they are holding a bust.

I hold and have never posted, 48mill here and a yes from me. I want answers now, good or bad. Such contempt for us is infuriating. Enough is enough yeah gang, let’s rally everyone we can.

The difference in view-ability of ads between different car views seems to differ a lot. The 1st person view/bumper view and ****pit view seem to really obscure the ads. Any thoughts? as one of the worries has been proof of impressions which was addressed in independent report, but being able to flick through different drivers views appears affect the ease of ad views.
