Paul I think the payment of dividends doubtful at this juncture, and also that works of real substance at West Newton will be delayed until they get final settlement from Shell at the end of 2023.
I believe the dynamic duo will put out something like this "in the meantime we are progressing further necessary preliminary works prior commencing drilling".

When a company goes under (and I'm not suggesting RBD will) the first to see what is happening months and perhaps years before the dreaded curtain closes are the directors.
In my experience over the years, many of these directors who see this eventuality becoming a reality make provisions for their own future financial wellbeing. That is why an investor should do in depth research into the companies becoming part of their portfolio.

I still think that there will be a Presentation or Roadshow within the next few weeks, perhaps as early as next week.
But it will be stage managed, dealing only with pre-screened questions that ask no searching ones. Perhaps a few innuendos dropped on occasion just to keep the already indoctrinated happy. A live phone in type of engagement with shareholders is certainly out. Emphasis neither will not be on West Newton as we all know Rathlin is skint and the likely hood of them receiving further funds from RBD is remote until after RBD receives the 2nd tranche of cash from Shell at years end. This all plays very nicely into Stephen's and Sachin's playbook of delay after delay.
Would be interesting to see what they come up with about Parta in Romania and Daybreak.
