As I mentioned though, there is no way that this particular project is going to be a storming success is there, otherwise they would not be 'bailing out'. Businesses just don't do that. This may well be a court case that may disappear into the long grass regards a conclusion as we know all the parties involved, and their relationships. Don't hold your breath for an outcome. If one eventually comes it could also be settled (wait for it) by a out of court settlement that will not not published. Dirty tricks? you bet they do happen, and how convenient that would be!

As regards ADX/Tamaska farmin, it looks like the lengthy delays regarding gaining certain approvals are at the heart of the court case. It will depend on the small print in the agreement as always, and how it will be interpreted I believe. How long is reasonable, and also is there more to this apparent 'hold up' than is being released. As usual this will most likely be only the tip of the iceberg. They certainly have not pulled out because they think it's a potential gold mine, that is for sure.

Gas is predicted to go far higher as a percentage than oil. Gas is at very low price at the pre4sent time, and will rise significantly according to many suppliers, and given the green light to do so by the regulator.

The 2021 Trading Update cannot be April 2nd as it falls when the market is closed for Good Friday, so when?
My own guess is that this year it may well come much earlier. The reason is that we all know that the company is now trading profitably and many orders are flowing in. Some may well ask, well that is why they may release it early. But that is not the agenda of Thruvision. They have showed their hand over the last couple of years by using every 'trick in the book' to delay good news. Meanwhile those in the 'true' picture are not selling. Reading between the lines is needed here.............................

Most definitely, we all know orders are coming. The only question is when and how much/many. Patience is key. Not long to wait. Most experienced posters with AIM know how it works and all agree the price has been worked down to allow the MM's friends in the city to load up in the background. When the s.p moves it will move fast, giving prospective punters/investors little or no time to buy.

Iraq has stated that Iraq needs oil to trade at $80 per barrel in order to help it plug its budget holes.
"Iraq will export in 2021 about one billion and 100 million barrels of crude oil according to market data. The budget needs 140 trillion dinars ($96 billion). The price of $ 80 a barrel is the right price to make Iraq can pay the budget dues,” Jabbar said earlier in the week.
Jabbar admitted that there is no chance of oil rising that high this year, and instead expects oil to reach $60 per barrel this quarter, and as much as $63 by the third quarter.
Iraq remains OPEC’s second-largest oil producer and relies on oil revenues for 90% of government spending.

RNST........You may well be onto something there with your prediction.
I have had a quick look at both Europa Oil and Gas company (which is private) and the publicly floated company on AIM which is the parent Europa Oil and Gas (Holdings) Ltd, namely EOG.
Today 11th Feb a posting on EOG states that resolutions recently taken will be placed within the next 10 days. Good spot that RNST.
Having looked briefly at both sets of accounts it's obvious that the private company is in the S**t without being bailed out by the parent EOG and EOG itself would be almost certainly be unable to see out the next few months without a cash injection or via a placing. Hence where we are today. If I were a holder of EOG I would be extremely unhappy.
Just as a footnote, all holders in RBD should read both of these sets of accounts. There is much to peruse. Placings after placings taking place, what it will lead to is any ones guess. I do hate the private companies being bailed out by shareholders in public listed companies though, its's one of my pet hates.

As the FDA day approaches end of March earliest 6 month from submission in September it is becoming apparent of the probable interest now being taken by the Institutions. I expect a number of TR1's to be filed over the next few days and weeks. Remember the company suggested a world wide market of $2.4B per annum. No more biopsies just blood tests for cancer, what is not to like about this company.
