Uggy100...I feel the FDP for Victory will most likely be submitted before the end of this year. Not to do so would only exacerbate the situation where investors are getting tired of the long drawn out delivery promises made by the directors.
Also very possible is the thought by many (me included) is that 'Victory' is decoy play, to try to move investors away from the debacle that West Newton is now appearing to look.

The drop from 42 to 14p resulted in a loss of 28p per share.
A drop of 14p (the price now) using the same maths will give us a price of just under 5p per share.
So only a loss of around 9p per share. A massive 'improvement' surely lol

Ha cloves one of the chief rampers who disappearing a while ago after making himself look so foolish with some of his posts about RBD. Jealousy, you have to be joking. The only ones to make money here are those trading the swing of the price. Some still believe they will see dividends and see it as an investment...Jesus some people never learn. How much are you down now cloves, me over 50% but not buying more that is for certain. The directors can find their half million annual take homes from other mugs.

One point to consider regarding hedging future gas price with respect to Victory, Even if hypothetically Victory is sold say on the 1st January 2022 (we all know there is zilch chance of that happening) then it would not be in production before late 2024/2025 at the very earliest. Seeing as though the furthest out that the vast majority of companies will hedge is 24 months the possibility of entering a futures contract in early 2022 is a non rummer.
A prospective buyer is in a very good negotiating position due to a number of circumstances prevailing at the present time. A fire sale looks like the only way out to me, even with good forthcoming results

Firstly I notice that major shareholders have just been updated, and I see no exodus; far from it.
I noticed also that at the AGM all resolutions were passed, but there was one where over ten million votes were withheld. It was not a vote against, but to me it said in as many words, we are not happy with the slow progress of the company. This must have been a 'shot across the bows' for Tom Black. It puts the company in a weaker position should a below par takeover offer come in. I would not be surprised if an updated interim statement also includes October when the RNS is released on Monday. But hey if not don't shoot me for just offering my opinion.
I trust you have read the latest news posted a week or two ago on the main website about what is happening in the U.S. All good. It's a slow burner I admit, yet having been here since DBD days I can wait.
