RE: Share Price Moving In A Tight Range ...6 Sep 2022 13:11
On May 3rd the day before an RNS was released regarding Conditional talks with a prospective buyer the price was 0.315p.
On May 5th the price rose to 0.4p, a rise of approximately 25%.
What can we realistically expect in the future with Corallian and Victory?
If the talks fail, which is unlikely as Reabold will most likely accept an offer significantly below their hopeful expectations. Any prospective buyer will know this of course.
A sale will obviously increase the share price. This again depends on one of three major outcomes in my view a) a dividend paid or b) a share buy back c) all the proceeds of the sale used to finance West Newton and 'other projects' ; Forget about Parta in Romania, no partner has been found in well over a year, and closure on the extension runs out end of November, also our partner in Parta through Danube Petroleum ADX is moving more to Geothermal energies.
I am discounting a mixture of options, as I think any sale will not be of sufficient value.
My view is thus
No sale would mean at a minimum, a halving of the price immediately following an announcement............... For a sale
a) an initial rise followed by a retrace to around 0.4p
b) an initial rise above that of a dividend (a)and sustained in the medium term
c) a rise to around 0.4p
OMO and await the flak from the ramping fraternity.
