Helium One had received a notice (from someone) to exercise warrants over a total of 400,000 Ordinary Shares.... some people/companies are able to exercise a warrant from prior agreements. its all Good.

Helium One is an Exploration Company, The CEO David M is a world class geologist with over 15 years’ experience in mineral exploration with a proven track record in digging up assets.. Digging up helium is hard work however it's a walk in park for David...This whole project has been without error and to time, fantastic communication, excellent interviews,no false promises.. I very much doubt they will stick around for production. Helium is 100x more expensive than gas ! They are drilling a $50 Billion Asset.... and Helium is not dirty, it's classed as a clean gas... Helium One is a perfect company to acquire.. My point is when they flow test helium they will be bought out by a multi billion company who will throw $100's millon's at this. David and the team will walk away with millon's and hopefully so will some of the loyal shareholders. This could all be realized in 3 weeks... people who want to be happy with an undervalued 21p... good luck to you... but i'm waiting for the £1.

well ... 21p is the bottom and £1.50 could be the top if we hit commercial Helium, i'm not selling anything the 20's.

yes the ugly sp drops caused by high volume sales all last week in quick succession "seems" to have stopped (caused by 1 or 2 traders)..... selling a million shares in 10 mins flat pushes sp down by around 0.7 at the moment. They will run out of shares to sell soon.... If you have 20 million shares you can't sell them in 1 day maybe 5 -10 days
