Fair Value is 0.30p (not my valuation) take a look, Enquest is undervalued.

Tullow will make much more cash as from May 2023 when these hedges drop off and then 1 more year to wait for the remaining. IF oil remains high then Tullow will finally start to benefit from it

had a look the video presentation, Richard Miller the CFO who really seems to know his stuff and comes across well.... but was making a big mistake by not talking hard about actually cutting the debt down asap. To Drive the SP up, is so f'n simple..talk about cutting the Debt as fast as possible, questions came in about this, but he wasn't on it, seemed more happy hitting these other targets that long term holders and the SP don't care about. Richard your answer should be "We are going to smash that debt down as fast as possible, we hate that debt it's like cancer, Debt is very very bad for shareholders and we will try to get it down to $0 Debt by 2027 and reintroduce dividends as fast as possible and see the SP back to £3".. It's really that simple.. the debt is killing the SP but you missed your golden chance to convince the entire market and change the momentum of the SP. now shareholders don't know..there is no £SP target WHY ??? people are dumping the stock..and the Company is being trolled AGAIN because of unclear debt path. ...

xviolet i have explained this many times. you clearly do not understand how fund raises work ? They create more shares out of thin air to raise cash and it instantly lowers the SP by 20-30% for everyone including you.
Every single explorer does this. PLEASE UNDERSTAND EVERY EXPLORER DOES THIS. I am angry because of the timeline lies. DM said q3 2022 drill and I had to call bs (check my posts, I warned everyone) and some people on here are being strung along for a very long time. He1 is due to Raise because of the constant delays. If explorers have major delays it costs everyone. The Delays is what is killing the SP. I am looking to invest but I have to navigate the BS. now its said jan feb 2023 drill... you really believe that ?
Some of you think the Sp just moves up and down from buying and selling share. well wake up.

imagine investing £200,000 today and in a few weeks a fund raise you lose £60,000 on open just like that, impossible to trade out, brand new Porsche Boxter GTS rip... some of you have brass balls or investing tiny amounts. you really think they need just £3 mill? after this huge delay its got to be £6-£10m. makes me shudder thinking about it. crunch time coming ladies. its about to get real very very soon. RNS drill booked with no raise or RNS with Mega fund Raise... lets see. happy waiting. but the "I told you so" "missing the boat" crowd been wrong all year with Timing and Sp movement.... and if I was DM and was fully funded and knowing a drill will be booked imminently I would sell the whole family, cat, dogs, clothes, borrow money and buy more shares... but we all know drill wont happen for 5 - 6 months as its rainy season and they will suck shareholders for more cash. Nothing is Booked and there is plenty of "intention"... its been stuck at this junction for 1 year.
no way is this funded, they would be shouting about it and pushing the SP up if it was..... after all the bs and messing around with a drill in 2022 to save a few £......would you really after 1 year want just book a rig for 1 roll of the dice drilling? because its all or nothing on the next drill. Surely a Multi drill contract will be signed and then serious extra money is needed. that's why its very risky to invest now, big downside funding risk is still here and I suspect in the next 4 weeks we will see it. if you have the cash DM then what are you waiting for ??? book the rig ??????

look....... if the SP just simply moved up or down based on buying or selling shares then its great to hold and wait for the drill and if it takes 2 or 3 years with a few attempts no problem, but its not like that......... He1 has no income, DM can only raise cash from every single shareholder and no one else... lets say for example in 5 years time DM is still trying to find helium and you were to hold and hold for 5 years... they would of done at least 3 more fund raises and added over 1 billion additional shares and at todays price the sp would be around say 2.5p at the same market cap... or if you were to purchase 1% of the business today and lets says waited 5 years with delays and drilling and drilling you would not own 1% anymore it would be around 0.3% because of added and more added shares.. so these delays and false time lines equals more addition shares added ...and your shareholding becomes worth less and less and less. I am not saying you should never invest nor am I saying there is no helium as its the worlds known largest deposit. but there is a terrible time to invest and a good time... but to hold and hold for years and years is very dangerous. but if they are funded and they have a drill and its really going to be in 2 months then go for it.... but its not like that at the moment.

RNS in Dec 2021 stated "Helium One remains well funded for current exploration activities. The Company is confident about its Phase II exploration campaign and is in negotiation with a number of rig contractors for mobilisation of a conventional rig to target commencement of drilling in Q3 2022"
So people like me can invest say £150k- £200k on this type of information... its a lot of cash... and then we slowly sniff the BS, listen to the interviews, listen to the word slips at the agm meetings like "if we can find a rig.. says the chairmen", also seeing they are slow to release firm information about the drill and realise actually in the end its utter utter crap it's never going to happen in 2022, so we investor get angry... but we have to spot the bs before anyone else does or we lose cash, so we sell our shares as DM is messing with our money and then we vocalize this BS on the chat..yes I took tons of punches from many people on this chat, free speech police come out defend the BS claiming the Drill will happen in 2022.. now claiming the drill will happen in Jan 2023... some of then with tiny shareholdings and moan why Large shareholders are moaning. and so it goes on....

bcbc2504, what if the update is the long expected fund raise for 2023 wages and drill ? you want that RNS ? SP will open up at 3.5-4p at todays price... also you and everyone else really value HE1 at £35 million with no drill booked?
I can't see how the sp can rise again until 2023 funding is in place, drill license are in place, Rig has passed customs ok and is on the ground and all the drill bits are on the way from the other project. then sp should go up... but that is months away ? the 6 month chart says it all. SP is sinking.

the sp is doing the exact opposite to what you are saying. So why is the sp falling... appears most people don't trust DM's time lines any more, should have been drilling in 2022. He is a world class geologist for sure but doesn't seem a world class ceo. these delays and are paid for by shareholders.. i ain't paying for it thanks, learnt my hard lesson from 88e. not missing anything until my investing conditions are met. 37m market cap is also super high.

I have to be honest when the RNS dropped for booking the Rig.... I picked up my laptop to buy in again and then I stopped myself. They still need a ton of cash for 2023... last time they RNS'd booking a rig in 2021 there was a 4 week wait before fund raise....DM waited for SP spike and then pushed the funding button. This time RNS confirmed rig booking and now people don't seem to care about this project as much ? very dangerous with a falling sp as most people know its not fully funded.. it's still a ticking -25% rip time bomb for me....still waiting for funding RNS (and probably many others)
